Great location, don’t he put off by the exterior. The owner was super helpful with local information to make the most of our short stay. Room a good size, bathroom tiny but clean and good hot shower. All essential facilities included, only tiny improvement would be a small fridge in the room rather than having to share one.

It's very warm when I stay there in winter. It's not far from the attractions and convenient for eating nearby. There is a self-service laundry in three minutes' walk and a public underground parking lot in five minutes' walk. The building has a nostalgic feel and the old-fashioned elevator has a sense of age.

房間不大，還可以，老房子改造而來，出行方便，在梵蒂岡邊上，去哪裡都方便，每天都是11路，有點費腿，也可以坐公交，羅馬不大，一般坐幾站就到了。

Clean and spacious room. Short walking distance to the San pietro and Vatican. And short walking distance to via del corso, trevi fountain, Spanish stairs, Phanteon, piazza Navona and many great places to eat. You have to make appointment when to check in (as the most of the hotels/B&B in Italy). We send email. Quick response. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is included but had to walk a bit to get it on a cafe. The did not speak good English. But coffee, juice and a croissant with chocolate or vanilla was included. Was actually very good ! Will recommend B&B Calamatta.

Very good location. Our room was super clean and spacious. There is elevator in the building. Shower is very good. Pamela, the host is very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place. Very walkable to all locations. Bus stop is nearby and amazing french breakfast 2mins away
