I go there regarding my business. I booked a room. That was luxury. The staff was very friendly. My feelings were as I am in my home. My recent stay at Signor Suite Colosseo was a delightful experience. I will love to visit again if I go there as they have delicious food. Their services are all thumbs up. Highly recommended.

We booked this apartment via agoda. Nobody sent us any instructions how to check in as there is no reception. Property didn’t answered our messages we sent via agoda. We also called few times at 9pm to get in, but nobody answered us. We were forced to search for another hotel in the evening after a long trip with 1y baby. And now Signor host do not provide us with the reimbursement, although it’s clear not our fault, as we did the most to settle in - sent messages in advance, called few times, ringing the door bell. It seems as a fraud, as we paid in advance and host made everything not to get in contact with clients!

We booked this hotel through Agoda. But when we arrived, at 20:56 no one opened the door for us. Agoda refuses to refund our money. we were homeless at night and had a hard time finding a new hotel as all the hotels were full due to the concert in rome. we are very disappointed as it was a difficult flight with a 1 year old. give us back the money as you didn't open the door for us, we called few times, we sent messages in advance in Agoda app. and On your website it says that it is open until 23:30, and no other instructions were specified. Eventually we paid and didn’t get a service because simply nobody allowed us to check in

Despite facility description on the web site and even as appeared in the booking order , there is No reception! !!!! Even worth, No A/C !!!!!!!No one answers calls, They have the worth custemer service. Ahmed is a liar. Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed (fortunately) only one night in this room. Don't be fooled by the totally photoshopped presentation photos, nothing is as it seems. All the furniture is confusing, scruffy, arranged and of dubious taste, in particular a poster with letters identical to the one used for eye exams (maybe they want to pass it off as contemporary art or before it was the headquarters of an ophthalmologist... who knows!) The Furthermore, the room does not have a real wardrobe and we found traces of lipstick and various stains in our sheets. On the morning of our departure we were told that the bedspreads are rarely washed (better not to express myself..) The worst note however of this bad experience, perhaps even worse than the rest to which we had decided to turn a blind eye, was the 'hospitality. Arrogant, rude and presumptuous are just a few adjectives to describe the Bengali waiter you will find "welcoming" you in the Signor Suite Colosseo, but do you really have the courage to call that closet a Suite? €159 + €11 tourist tax GIVE A GIFT Shame, shame, shame!!!!
