There’s no place to store your luggage if you have a later departure time. My room was filled with ants in the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t working properly. I would never stay here again.

The hotel does not correspond to the images provided. A very unpleasant place and poor cleanliness.

Only CHECKIN and CHECKOUT have the best hotel services, so I’ll give you a quick word. There are no facilities and the food is terrible. My experience is that this vacation is like suffering. Breakfast is provided, and you have to go to a nearby restaurant to eat it. There are only two choices: Italian and international. Each type has a small cup of coffee, a cup of orange juice, a bottle of water, and a small orange. (The Italian type provides a horn), (International style provides two slices of hard bread, jam and butter). There is no heating in the room facilities, the furnace is broken. There is no drinking water supply, no hot water heater. There is no external telephone, the furniture is old, the electric head is old, the lighting is insufficient, the room cleanliness is very poor, and I stayed for three nights. They haven't changed them yet. The pillows have a strong smell. Remember to bring your own sleeping bag. The quilt is very thin. The room is filled with the smell of toilet drains. There is no staff working on weekends and holidays, so there is no way to ask for help.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you need somewhere close to the station and a reasonable cost. However you should be aware that the accommodation is very basic, feels somewhat run down and perhaps could be a bit cleaner. The particular street where the hotel is located does not feel safe and at night can be particularly unnerving, I was often awoken with shouting coming from the street. If you are looking for luxury and comfort this hotel is not for you but otherwise it suited my needs.

We only booked for one night and we ended up arriving a day earlier. The hotel is located in a perilous area so to eat/go out we had to walk 5/10 minutes away. We were glad to check out the next day and move to the hotel we had planned on staying in for the duration. If looking for a stop over this place fits the part. If travelling as a couple or especially if travelling as a female on your own we would advise looking elsewhere. In addition to all of this we discovered the hotel charged us twice for our stay. We have contacted the hotel and are still waiting a response to explain this and most importantly are still awaiting our refund for the 2nd, unauthorised charge on our card. The overall experience was very disappointing and we would not recommend

Very good would recommend, area at night seemed relatively dodgy as fight broke out outside and there loads of people hanging around the gate.

The property is located right next to Roma Termini train station, so it is extremely convenient if you take Leonardo Express from Fiumicino to Roma. Literally it is 2 min walk from Roma Termini to this property. I checked in and immediately returned to Roma Termini to buy foods. The downside of it is that this area is extremely noisy with strange people congregate in the area, The property reception only open from 9am to 4pm, therefore if you arrive late (in my case 7pm arrival), you will be asked to find your own door to manage your way in with their instructions. I had to call from Canada to pass on my credit card info (the phone call costs me as well), to pay the 6 euro / day city taxes. The room, like many others in this area, is remodelled from a decade old building, so everything is very very old. The hot water shower , if you don't know how to preadjust it, can boil your skin badly. Everything is at barebone level.(Amazingly I found the TV worked). The hotel is well suited to be an overnight transit for anyone who needs both convenience and someone to sleep. So manage your expectations for a night and you will be supper fine.

The area around the hotel is horrible, specially at night, my husband and I felt very unsafe coming in and out of the property. Everything in the room was old and in poor condition. Overall I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This was the most terrible place I have been in my whole life!!! Termini is a place where you never go if you love yourself. It’s not a safe place and we didn’t know that but after we arrived we did a research and every site says termini is the most dangerous arrea in Rome. There are too much immigrated people hanging around. We changed our hotel after our first horrible night and did not even tell the hotel that we are leaving.

This is a nice place I enjoyed my trip here, the location is very convenient it’s only a few steps away from Termini train station. It’s very close to the coliseum, we walked less than 30 minutes to get there, there are also are many stores and restaurants close to the hotel.

Very close to the train station however I would not recommend booking a room here. The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage. When we woke up in the morning there was a large puddle of water in the room and bathroom. Ended up checking out early.

The room is organized and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The problem is that you can hear everything in the next room and on the street. The street is NOT safe. The location is good because it is close to Roma Termini, but it is not a safe place.
