Is not recommended, unless you want to be gaslit We had a bad experience with this hotel and do not recommend to book here because of it. Some key information: Our hotel room was not part of the main building, and the hotel room entrance was accessible behind a locked gate. It was not necessary to go past the lobby to enter the room. The safe in the room was already locked when we arrived, and we were not able to open it during our stay. We left the hotel room in the morning and did not return until the evening. When we returned to the hotel, we discovered that the door was open. Luckily, nothing was stolen. We do not know how long the door had been open, but we suscpect it was not closed properly by the housekeeping service during the day. We do not know if anyone else had been in our room during this time. Had the gate to the hotel been left open, anyone could've entered our room and taken our belongings. At this point, our trust in the hotel security was gone and we decided to find another hotel. We talked to the hotel reception about this the next morning and were met with hostility. They resorted to victim blaming and gaslighting. The employee at the reception even accused us of lying and said that the door had, in fact, not been open when we returned. And if it was left open, it was not a problem because nothing was stolen. To their surprise, this did not cheer us up. We promptly checked out of the hotel and found another hotel where the safe was usable and the employees actually had customer service.

Horrible experience! Unfriendly staff who does not care! Room was nothing like the website or advertisement. Scam!!! I would not stay here. Tried to immediately check out and they would not refund. Manager refused to speak to us. You could hear him yelling at his staff.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room no towels or coffe which I found very difficult to understand maybe lack of staff contributes to the lack of service

minutes ago on  Google 5 stars for location, as for us it was just prefect. In a quite street on the out skirts of Rome, but oh so easy to get into Rome. Just jump on the N913 bus and off you go. Get a taxi when you arrive as its just so much easier to get to the door. The rest of the time, Metro, bus, walk, its prefect. There is a fab restaurant at the bottom of the steps too which was an advantage. They sent us a video so we could do after hours check in. They gave as our room number as well we could not have asked for anything more, and the room was fabulous. The staff where friendly. The breakfast was fine. Loved it . Thank you

Good overall b&b. Clean room. Area is ok.
