Sämsta upplevelsen någonsin! Room with no window! Prisoners have a better room than this. Awful service, they don't respond and ignore you. The worst stay ever. I don't recommend this, even for my enemies. We skipped the last night and moved to a hotel. That bad was the stay. And the staff and owner don't care, so disrespectful. Tried all day to come in contact with the owner, but they don't care. They are happy that they got some money off us. BIG WARNING!

Amazing stay at Rhona Rooms in Rome. Very friendly and helpful. Perfect location at the bottom of the Spanish steps. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our anniversary. Thank you so much

Located literally 100m from the Spanish Steps, right on the main designer label shopping street, Via Dei Condotti. Lean out of your 2nd floor window and look directly up the street to see the Spanish Steps, fantastic! Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, excellent breakfast served in your room and excellent hospitality. Will be returning!

Accueil médiocre! Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h30 vu nos horaires de vol, l'homme soufflait et nous pressait en nous donnant très peu d informations! Petit déjeuner servi en chambre mais très minimaliste ( croissant sous vide, biscottes, yaourt, confiture, Nutella et jus d orange/café) et tout ça entre 8h et 10h (pas avant) Pas de personnel sur place excepté le matin au petit déjeuner, ils ne répondent pas au téléphone ou aux messages nous laissant sans lumière dans la salle de bain le dernier jour et sans navette pour l aéroport au retour pourtant écrit dans leur descriptif! J ai demandé qu'on nous appelle un taxi, ils nous ont laissé nous débrouiller toutes seules! Belle chambre malgré le manque de fenêtre et propreté ainsi qu une belle situation géographique près d une station de métro

Estuve cuatro noches con mi hijo. No nos recibió nadie. Había que comunicarse por whatsapp y te daban instrucciones de cómo acceder. Está en un tercer piso. El ascensor parece escondico en un rincón de un patio interior (apenas entran 2 personas. La habitación que nos dieron no tiene ventanas y el desayuno te lo tren a la habitación y es muy limitado. El baño tiene problemas de drenaje y sale olor feo. El peor hospedaje de nuestro viaje. Engañan a la gente porque fotos corresponden a un departamento que sólo lo tienen para las fotos. Nos sentimos estafados. La ubicación es buena pero, sólo para una noche.

Location situata nel cuore di via dei Condotti a due passi da piazza di Spagna. Belli gli arredi e la biancheria, letto molto comodo,bagno un po' piccolo ma con una doccia spettacolare. Pulizia ottima. Unico neo la colazione..è vero che si tratta di un bed and breakfast ed è anche vero che non era scarsa ma le merendine imbustate hanno fatto perdere qualche punto a questa location che resta comunque un'ottima soluzione.

Tutto perfetto. Cortesia e disponibilità. Struttura in posizione centralissima ma assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Piccola ma accogliente e con tutto ciò che serve. Ottima colazione servita in camera. Doccia da fare invidia ad una spa. Terminato il soggiorno ci hanno lasciato le chiavi e a disposizione spazi interni, servizi e deposito valigie. La ragazza estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Dovessimo tornare a Roma non avremmo dubbi: torneremo sicuramente qui
