Very dated, filthy and neglected place. Kind of surprising that some places even posted goods reviews… questionable? 🤨. Mold on the bathroom walls, Shower had very dangerous step and toilet had disgusting stains. Also the wall had a backup sewage overflow. The food choices were old and no fridge available. You can’t be noisy because local guests were rude, they don’t like foreigners.

Horrible and dirty with mold and the last day they invaded our privacy by going into our room while we were at breakfast and our check out was 1 pm horrible . Please dont go to this place . Rude and kitchen has old food all on how good place was not true

MASSIMO and SANDRO were amazing! Very kind and hospitable from the beginning. I asked them for extra pillows without a problem they delivered extra pillows, then I told them that some of the pillows were a little bit hard, and they immediately replaced them with softer pillows. Unfortunately, we locked ourselves out of the apartment at midnight on Saturday…. Of course I had to contact them and was worried. Perhaps we wouldn’t be able to sleep there.. but they arrived with other people very hard to open the door…. They didn’t charge us anything., nor did they mistreat us or get upset for what it happened. THEY WERE SO PATIENT AND KIND! The apartment was comfortable, clean, the food they left in the refrigerator and in the kitchen was more than enough for the days we stayed there and everything was delicious. The towels and sheets and floors were all very clean. we were very close to the Vatican and a really great bistro about a block away… Ce Piace…. One of the best restaurants I’ve eaten in Italy. Anyway, this is a place. I would definitely stay again and one that I highly recommend to families. Thank you, Massimo and Sandro!

I have tried contacting this hotel several times after we accident booked this hotel and cancelled within hours and requested cancellation- they cancelled our reservation but took our money $900 They won't respond to any of our emails

Excellent all-round structure ready for every need with managers available to solve all the problems posed by tourists or anyone passing by their structure. Warm and welcoming like a home, with immediate availability of the common room for a coffee or a snack or whatever you want. We also needed to postpone baggage claim and once the need was met the problem was solved. Excellent position. Clean, if we return to Rome we know where to go

Clean room and everything served, well-stocked breakfast room, excellent welcome, the owner gave us all the precise directions to get to the building which is located near the Vatican, the bus stop right in front of the house, supermarket downstairs, rotisserie bar pharmacy tobacconist, excellent location, ideal for groups of families and companies, we were 5 families and we occupied almost all the rooms and had a great time. I definitely recommend it!
