I stayed with family (2 adults and 2 girls) in 2 room apartment. We had a great time. Punctual welcome and kind and extremely helpful managers (Marco and Anisa). Very few meters from Termini; it is convenient to arrive in Rome and immediately slip into your room to immediately prepare to visit all the treasures that Rome offers you. Spacious, clean rooms with attached bathroom... we really felt like home. Breakfast was not included, but with a kettle, herbal teas, tea, coffee machine, water and mini bar available, you just need to get organized to start the day right. Last but not least: the price was exceptional. Congratulations and thank you so much because these pearls exist!

These are bed and breakfasts located 2 minutes from Termini station, run by a very nice couple! Everything is very clean, it smells good There is coffee, tea and water! All this for free The price is quite correct in relation to the service! Do not hesitate if you have to stay in Rome

Very kind and helpful owners, spotless rooms and central location ideal for those traveling on foot. Very close to Termini station and only 15 minutes from the Colosseum. I will definitely be back!!!

The hosts are very attentive at all times. We have not left yet and we are clear that when we return it will be with them. Very good location since we have been able to go to all the important places on foot. Right next door we have supermarkets and places to eat. The perfect room with all the details and totally soundproofed from the outside. Thanks for the attention Mark!
