Very nice place, with a great location, it just have some problems in the equipments of the place (TV, shower, bed covers, and others) But, in general, it has a very nice customer’s service, so, it’s just a matter of some repairs in the place and it would be perfect for the price.

Nice B&B very clean, close to many attractions, close access to Metro. The common area is very nice to sit and have a glass of wine or a snack. Bori the host is very pleasant and very informative. Any questions we had she was on it and answered promptly. We would stay here again.

If you’re planning a trip to Rome, do yourself a favor and book a stay at Domus Quiritum! My wife and I just spent two unforgettable nights here, and let me tell you, it was amore at first sight. Nestled in the charming Prati neighborhood, this B&B is the perfect blend of cozy comfort and convenient location. First off, let’s talk about the rooms. High ceilings, big windows with a view of the lovely Piazza dei Quiriti, and a bed so comfortable it must have been blessed by the Roman gods themselves. Memory foam mattress? Check. Comfy pillows? Check. An urge to never leave the bed? Triple check. Our mornings started with a solid breakfast at a nearby bar, featuring local treats that gave us the energy to explore Rome. Fresh pastries, coffee to kickstart our day, and a selection of homemade goodies to keep us satisfied. Now, let’s get to the real star of the show: Bori, our host extraordinaire. Bori wasn’t just a host; she was our Roman holiday superhero. Need a recommendation for the best gelato in town? Bori’s got you covered. Want insider tips on beating the crowds at the Vatican? Bori’s your gal. She gave us all sorts of restaurant and bar locations, making sure we knew exactly where to go and how to get there. Her suggestions were spot on every single time. The location was perfect. We walked to the Vatican, strolled to Castel Sant’Angelo, and hopped on the metro to the Colosseum with ease. The Prati neighborhood itself is a gem—close enough to the action but with its own local charm that makes you feel like you’re living the Roman life. In short, Domus Quiritum is a must-stay. It’s got character, comfort, and the kind of hospitality that turns a great trip into an unforgettable adventure. Our stay at Domus Quiritum B&B was excellent. It was in a great location to easily walk to Vatican City and other popular destinations in Rome. It was also near a metro station for quick public transportation. The hosts at Domus Quiritum are what make it special, providing helpful insights on restaurants to eat at, transportation tips, or anything else you need. It was helpful to allow us to keep our luggage secured at the B&B while exploring the city on our last day after checkout.

The location of the apartment was fantastic and perfect for our trip, the hosts were so informative and couldn’t do enough for their guests; on arrival they helped us with the area and hidden gems/viewing points which Rome had to offer…another thing which had been prepared for guests was a list of restaurants and bars which the host’s recommended and this came in very handy as we could view the menus/pictures of food and book in advance…fantastic idea and very welcoming… The apartment was clean, tidy and very spacious, with a central lift facility for luggage, no issues at all from this property…I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to visit this beautiful city!!

Lucilla has communicated from the time I booked and until I left Rome. Our room is clean and very comfortable. Location is excellent. Approximately 2 blocks from the Metro and buses. Family style breakfast is superb! It also gives you an opportunity to interact with fellow travelers. She also accommodated us for a very late check-in. I am very pleased with my booking. I highly recommend her AirBnB for your stay in Rome.

Great B&B for a fair price, good location, close to the Vatican and to the metro that takes you to the city centre in minutes, Very friendly hosts! We were welcomed by Emiliano, who turned out to be a great host and a very good tourguide. We went on a biketour the next day with him which was wonderful, he was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the city and took us to all the places we wanted to see. Definitely recommend to take a tour with him! The B&B itself is very nice, we had the 'Astronomers' room with astral decorations, which was a nice touch. The bed was good, there was some noise from the bar downstairs, but we still slept very well. Everything in the room and bathroom was perfectly clean and tidy. Lucilla, the owner, was also very friendly and helpful and was there to meet us every morning of our stay with some pastries for breakfast.

Appartamento accogliente e ben organizzato in palazzo tranquillo e silenzioso, con un aria comune ben fornita per caffè tè. Camera molto graziosa con una vista eccellente sulla bella piazzetta da cui prende il nome. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. Pulizia ineccepibile, prezzo equo. Decisamente consigliato (ma non troppo altrimenti non troviamo posto quando dobbiamo tornarci!!!)
