This hotel needs urgent renovation. For the price they charge it's not worth at all. It's dirty, old, staff at breakfast don't speak English. Only the location is good, but there is too much noise all night and from early in the morning. Never again!

Give it a miss We stopped for a quick bite. We had the set meal and the wine on the board was not available so offered a more expensive wine. Mislead. Food came out small and cold. The toilets were disgusting and the guy outside was rude to his staff.

We walked past this place one evening and thought it looked quite pleasant and earmarked it for the next evening. The menu came and all looked good until we realised a bottle of water cost €5!! I received my main which was a prawn cream pasta. I thought it would be some pasta with a creamy sauce and some prawns. Let’s say the prawns were only there for decoration!! They had no meat in at all. So for a bowl of pasta with some creamy sauce cost €22. very misleading and expensive

Absolutely awful experience at their restaurant. I don’t think you could even call it service as it was so slow. Couldn’t remember our order. Brought the wrong items. Food was cold. Drinks overpriced and unpleasant. When they finally brought the bill, they had overcharged. Also came with some unexpected ‘entertainment’ - the boss yelling at staff and even other customers (swearing at them in Italian). I can’t stress enough not to visit.

Mediocre restaurant and establishment! No lock on the toilet, or even soap! Homemade bubble-free sparkling bottled water for €5! Tables and curtains in poor condition!!!! And not to mention the dishes which are more than average!! I'm being kind by using this adjective! I wonder how they still have their stars!!!!!

Good only for the location practically on the square. Very affordable price and spacious rooms.Good breakfast served at the table and sufficient cleaning of the bathroom as well as of the floor and bed but FOR THE REST IT IS A TWO STARS. RATTOPPI EVERYWHERE PRACTICALLY FALLS TO PIECES and on the sofas or cushions used for aesthetics I wouldn't even put my shoes on them because they were so filthy. The toilet wobbled and the drain leaked ... making a compromise I recommend it for those who stay a couple of days and basically go to the hotel only to sleep because IT IS SUPER CENTRAL AND ONE NIGHT AT 130 € IN ROME YOU DON'T EVEN GO TO THE PERIPHERALS .too bad because with a renovation it would deserve 10

We are in Rome, a few meters from Piazza di Spagna and therefore we do not need anything else. Well that's not the case! We sat attracted by an inscription that indicated that the pizzas were not frozen and that they used only ingredients of excellent choice. We order and immediately they bring us a drink ... but the cans of coke were at room temperature (about 28ºC). My husband points this out and the waiter says they don't have any more fresh cans. So I ask for some ice and he laughs and says THERE ISN'T! Last but not least comes my pizza: a porcini pizza with the addition of raw ham. The mass was good but not cooked well and the porcini mushrooms had neither the look nor the smell. When I point it out, they first insist that they are porcini and then they say "we use these mushrooms". On the bill there was everything, even + € 3 for a slice of raw ham ... but they didn't remove the fries that my son had to remove from his! If you pass it ... go further. Parallel to this is the Hostaria del Mercato .... the food is good there and the staff is really prepared.

It is certainly not a 4 star, which explains the price for the location attached to the Spanish Steps. The most annoying thing was the window without grates from which therefore a lot of light passes. When I went, the lift was broken but they offered to bring my suitcase. I didn't take advantage of it because it was light. Friendly staff. Breakfast all wrapped up for covid provisions but it seemed varied to me seeing the dishes cooked for foreigners. The entrance is in a local, sympathetic Cisa.
