We booked CENCI b&b on 13-14 of may for one night , We were traveling by train from Milan , and our train got delayed by an hour , so we arrived in Rome around 22.45 and because we were late 45 min the emenual in cenci b&b refused to Take us in, we gave them loads on notice that we gonna be late but he gave no care and refused us in. And the train station is only bout 5-10 min with a taxi from the accommodation. So we had to search for emergency accommodation in the middle of the night . What a awful experience, do not recommending this place , imagine if there would be ppl who wouldn’t able to afford emergency accommodation and had to spend night on the street. We had 3 different places we stayed and none of it was this type of experience.

The photos and amenities are misleading. They does NOT offer free breakfast, nor laundry, the place is way more modest than in the pictures. Location is very centric but therefore very noisy. Not recommended. Person in charge was friendly though.

This was the first place we stayed after landing in Rome with no sleep on our overnight flight. My husband and I expected to check in at a lobby desk. But there was no lobby, just an apartment door like an airbnb. So we had to track down Cenci, who didn't answer his phone for about one hour. We waited with our suitcases outside the apartment hoping that someone would let us in. On the up side, we enjoyed staying in the annex room for 3 people, which was really spacious and nicely decorated, prettier than the pictures. We assumed that there would be breakfast, but when I texted Censi about breakfast, he replied "no food, just sleep". Not a great communicator and I would not go back.

The location of the hotel is nothing to comment on, the Trevi Fountain is on the corner! Simple b&b, with simple breakfast, but the location for exploring the city makes up for it. The owners were friendly in giving tips about the city.

Excellent location only a few minutes walk to the Trevi fountain which was what we wanted. We had the annexe room for 3 people which was quite spacious and clean. There was no breakfast...but the cafe just outside had great coffee and morning pastries. The TV was a bit of a mess..make sure you log out of your own netflix account before you leave.

Ottima locazion proprio dietro fontana di trevi, camere spaziose e confortevoli. Siamo stati nella depandace e siamo stati super soddisfatti. Altra nota positiva il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, ci ha spiegato a grandi linee cosa potevamo vedere a Roma e dove andare a mangiare. Torneremo senza dubbio

Cerco su internet un albergo o b e b per dormire a Roma in centro...vedo le foto ..sembra molto bello..mi chiedono 240 a notte per due con colazione...prezzo scontato da 262 ..tassa soggiorno compresa....non prenoto nell' incertezza del viaggio. Arrivo a Roma quasi mi cerca come i ristoratori all ingresso dei locali...mi offre la stanza a 70 euro....e li dovevo capire. Arrivo..unica cosa positiva che si trova a due passi dalla fontana di trevi. Poi sporco. Trascurato vecchio. Il titolare mai visto... pagamento immediato ancora prima di aver visto la camera. Altrimenti me ne sarei andata. Da 240 a notte mi aspettavo una cosa.... ovviamente 70 euro era il massimo potessero chiedere....mai più...ah la colazione non l avrei mai fatta li....

Non ci siamo affatto. Non funzionava niente, né frigo, né aria condizionata, né tv! L'abbiamo fatto presente al proprietario che sicuramente si è mostrato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, ma in tre giorni non è cambiato nulla, se non almeno l'aria condizionata. La struttura non eccelle in pulizia in quanto abbiamo trovato parecchie carenze igieniche. Note positive: posizione eccellente e personale molto gentile. Non ci tornerei.
