We stay 7 nights very good location.The staff had a good service attitude, especially the room cleaners. The door staff were very helpful in arranging taxis and telling people to be careful of pickpockets when going out.

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!

The hotel is in a good location, in a safe area, and the service is excellent. The breakfast options were a little limited, which is probably the case in Europe. The location of the sink faucet is a bit odd, so it's easy to get in the way of your face, and the water temperature can be a bit unstable at times. Overall it's a pretty good hotel, highly recommended.

The hotel is in a good location, more than 100 meters away from the subway and bus station. The room facilities are very good, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is rich. We stayed in family connecting room 408 and 409. The only disadvantage is that these two rooms have basically no view, and can only see the office building opposite which is very close.
