Great location, walking distance to/from train station. Room was fine bed was a bit uncomfortable. We were only there one night so not a major concern. Breakfast had many choices. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend this location while in Rome.

The worst hotel ever! Reception staff was not helping at all with my payment being done properly. Very rude, not talking in English, very bad experience. Do not book there, you will get dissapointed with unhelpful staff!!

We were a tad concerned about the location of this hotel after being told y a friend that termini area was not the best. Well, the hotel does have a great location and great staff. We felt safe all the time. It is located steps away from Roma Termini and two metro stations. The beds we comfortable, nice and clean shower and great staff. Our staying included a delicious breakfast, traditional Italian. Great coffee, hot chocolate, delicious pastries. There is a blond lady working in the breakfast sextion, always greeting guest, she's the best.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions, alternative transport methods e.g. bus, metro, train and many local bars and restaurants also. The room was exactly as advertised. Very clean, compact but contained everything needed. Breakfast offers a variety of options which is great to "start your day". This hotel offers exceptional service from check in to check out. The reception, housekeeping and breakfast room staff always greet you with a smile and go the extra mile to help!

Excellent hotel, very centrally located near Termini station and very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room and a very nice continental breakfast with a large selection of fresh food. Really can’t beat it for the great price

- Receptionist have a worse attitude than Blair from gossip girl, they dont say hello or want to help out in any way. My friend was throwing up a lot so he had to clean up the vomit with our towels. We therefore asked for a few new towels but was told that was only possible when the rooms got cleaned. Problem was they dont clean when somethen is in the room, so they wouldnt clean as my friend was laying sick so we had no way of getting new towels. - Breakfast is close to uneatable. - Heat in the rooms was turned off at night, even though it was freezing outside. The rooms got extremely cold at night. - Close to the terminal and 20 minutes walk from centrum, which is nice

Hotel con stanze confortevoli, bagni puliti e in generale ben curato. Colazione con cappuccino con caffè e latte non solubile che a mio avviso dimostra un'attenzione particolare per gli ospiti che nemmeno gli Hotel a 4 stelle riservano. La responsabile molto gentile e' stata apprezzata per aver soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Inoltre l' hotel si trova a pochi metri dalla stazione termini e pertanto molto comodo per chi viaggia con il treno e con ogni tipo di mezzo pubblico. A piedi si arriva in poco tempo al Colosseo e ai fori imperiali. Ottima scelta, hotel da consigliare per visitare Roma.
