It’s about 10-15min walking distance to Colosseum. However it’s about minimal 30 min walk to places like St Peter or shopping. There is construction on the front porch of the hotel. Hence may not be able to drop off directly at the hotel.

Coming from France, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I found the room was very big and there was a small garden. There was a lot of space in the bathroom to put things. The service was also good, and they helped us call a taxi when we left. In short, it was better than I expected. I recommend it.
