Online hotel photos have significant misalignment with the actual room provided. The actual room size is much smaller and no bathtub as displayed in the hotel provided photo.

Very nice and helpful staff. Wifi is decent. Location is very close to Vatican city. Rooms are alright not too bad hence the price 🙂

There was no shower gel, we had to ask for it every day. We got a room with a separate shower, a separate sink, which was in the room, and a separate toilet. There was no normal light, it was always in the dark. There was a draft from the windows. The air conditioner did not work. At 7 am, a garbage truck was taking out the garbage outside the window. It was very noisy from the street. The reception helped with all questions. There was a refrigerator, but no kettle. It looks better in the photo than in reality.

To be honest, don't stay here. It's bad from the inside to the outside. The attitude, environment, hygiene, convenience, you must have been kicked in the head to book this hotel. I suggest Ctrip to ignore this hotel and never step into this store again in this life. What a damn thing.

The mattress was horrible. I was in room 103. The springs were literally exposed. The cleaning was bad. We didn't sleep at all. For the price we paid, it was horrible.
