Restaurant is extremely extremely understaffed. Waited for more than half an hour to order because one man had to serve the entire restaurant and then waited for over an hour to receive our food. Restaurant and Hotel is aesthetically pleasing with nice decor and wallpaper but it’s all fluff and means absolutely nothing if the service is bad.

Highly recommended. A peaceful spot in a very handy location well connected with the airport and very close to city center, Vaticano. Swimming pool, comfortable room and bedding, amazing breakfast, very nice staff! Grazie Grazie Grazie

What an excellent hotel. I was really worried about our upcoming stay whilst scrolling through some of the negative reviews… Didn’t need to worry, the hotel was great and better than expected. Reception was lovely, welcoming, spacious and modern with lots of seating areas, table tennis, a football table and a little kitchen play area for little ones. We arrived slightly early but were able to check in. Our room (2 adults and 2 kids) was a great size, clean, bathroom was a nice size - double sinks and a lovely shower. We had a small room off the bedroom to hang clothes, and there was a small fridge. Hairdryer in bathroom, no safe, huge TV. Room was serviced each day - plenty of clean towels. We used the Cornelia metro which was approx a 15min walk. Don’t understand the negative reviews about the location - should do your research first to see where the hotel is situated?! Pool was great, nice size and clean. Always plenty of seating. Beach towels handed to us to use whilst there (have to hand in when leaving the pool area). The two lifeguards were very friendly, the young lady was very good with our little boy. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t eat within the hotel. We had a fab stay and would definitely recommend. Hotel staff are amazing, from the moment I checked in, during my stay, until I leave the hotel. Super kind, smily and helpful. The hotel is overpriced for an average room, with super thin walls which you can hear people talking or using the bathroom, plus there is like a concrete wall, that seems they were in a rush to get the hotel ready for guests and forgot to finish lol. 20 min walk from metro station, but there is a bus stop 10min away. Uber from airport is around 50 euros per way. Hotel can provide a taxi upon request.

A terrible hotel. Having worked in Accor hotels worldwide I was very ashamed to stay in a terrible hotel of this caliber. The hotel was very basic. The elevator was not functioning well. We were in room 404. In the room there was no drinking water and not even other basic facilities, but room was spacious. A water station available at the end of the corridor with some plastic cups if one needs drinking water. The shower has no shower door and all the water end up in the toilet soaking the bathmat. The gap between the toilet WC and the shower separation glass is not even 8 centimeters without exaggeration. So, you cannot place your right leg to sit on the toilet seat. In the room the side table is little larger than a side plate and hanging on the side, you can hardly keep anything on it. In the night work up around 1.30 am and 4 am as the adjoining rooms flushed the toilets. Not soundproof and no proper sleep in the night. The restaurant downstairs had a waitress, a barman. There were about 6 tables of 4 and our service was reasonable with one waitress. Barman appeared friendly when we went to pick up a drink list. Food is horrible. I had pasta with fried pork and received pasta with fatty burnt bacon pieces on top. Disgraceful. We would have gone out for dinner and there were no other restaurants nearby. I have better pasta in Australia than where it originated. Only enjoyed the beer and the wine. After dinner wanted to check up of our checking out time and was told 10 am. I said how come and she became rude. I did tell her I would review and was told to go ahead. We went there to sleep longer and go to the airport before a 24-hour flight. The breakfast was pathetic. Only 3 warm dishes, had frankfurters, very watery scrambled eggs with big lumps of eggs floating, homemade baked beans that you cannot eat, toast, pastries and no fruits. Two coffee stations and only one machine was working and also very watery juice dispenser. A kitchen hand dressed in his dirty clothes moving a stainless-steel kitchen trolly inside the packed restaurant to pick up soiled plates. We have been to over 42 countries and have stayed in Sofitel in Paris, Novotel and Mantra hotels and this particular hotel may be worse than formula hotels in their chain which is at the bottom of the ladder. The best part is their check out is 10 am and check in is 2pm. But if you come at 1pm you still need to pay extra until 2pm. Double dipping. Isn't it? So, we checked out at 10 am and since we had to be at the airport at 6pm we left early to the airport 7 hours before. Because the reception lobby area is so uninteresting and there was no way we could spend those hours there. A very poorly managed hotel and the management team should be very ashamed of. I also noticed a middle-aged female looked like the general manager walking around with a grumpy face in the morning. No hospitality smiles. Accor hotel you seriously have to fix this one! An insult to the chain.

One staff member left to checkin 80 people. Very basic accommodation- no shower cap. Small but tidy room, on hotel information. Far away from everything - overpriced for a very basic accommodation. We asked for an 11am checkout as our hotel transfer was due at 11. Request refused even though the accommodation info states that checkouts til 12 are available. We discovered that you must be an acor member to get any late checkout.

We had a very large tour group and there was also another large group staying at the same time. There was one waitress, one barman and a chef. Completely understaffed. Had to wait 20+ minutes to order and then 45+ minutes to pay for our dinner!! Ridiculous money grub from management! Will not ever eat here again!
