The balcony was dusty, shower had limescale and the flush in the toilet was not functioning properly.

The location of the hotel is very good! The service is good too, a map will be given to you and a guy will explain to you about how to get to the landmark in rome. The breakfast provided is great, delivery to your room and the coffee is sooo good!

The hotel is small. The room is clean. Towels were changed every day. It is located within walking distance of 3 metro stations. There is no elevator, the floors are high. The entrance door is closed. A bell. You have to wait a long time for them to open the door, sometimes they open the window and shout from above if the door does not open. It feels like a backwater all around. The reception staff are friendly, ready to help, always consult on ways to get around, give maps. They speak English.

The hotel is located ten minutes by metro from Roma Termini in a quiet and peaceful area but super convenient to reach by public transport. Nearby shops, bars, pharmacies, restaurants .... The staff is friendly and helpful, good and plentiful breakfast. I was struck by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, with everything needed to rest after the tour de force for those like us who have visited Rome in just Three days. We will be back, I recommend!

Very dirty place, the shower was moldy, rooms not soundproof, really small and claustrophobic. Unpleasant smell everywhere. Never coming back

the hotel is on the outskirt of the main city, about 15 mins walk to the underground and then a short ride to the the main part of rome, it was only a short ride and paid 1.5 euros there and on way back, works the same way as london, swipe card for each way of destination easy peesy. the hotel is very basic, double room and bathroom which contains a shower and hairdryer, there is a tv which shows only italian channels but tbf was not in the room long enough to watch it. there is also a mini fridge in the room for you to fill up as desired .the bedroom was very dated and looked like it could of done with a good clean there is an option to have breakfast for 5 euros per person, again very basic, croissants, jam, butter, cereal, yogurts, tea and coffee. i personally wouldn't go here again as it was quite loud outside in the local bars and the first night we had to move rooms because of the noise from the young locals but the hotel staff were very helpful and moved us the following day to a room at the back of the hotel , all the staff were very helpful and polite. i would however pay the extra for perhaps a 4 star next time.

Bad: - Rooms are VERY small. Could barely move around. - Walls are paper thin. If the receptionist coughed, we heard it. The whole floor is very small and the rooms are right next to reception/coffee area. So at 7 am, you can hear the coffee machine being cleaned. - Beds are hard as rocks, really uncomfortable. Good: - Receptionist there all night, we checked in late. - A few restaurants nearby to eat something - Building has secure entrance with buzzer so feels safe - Didn't see any bugs

I stayed in this hotel with my family. Convenient hotel to Tiburtina station and the subway to reach the city center. The hotel is located inside a building. Staff are quite friendly. The hotel room is not very nice and not very clean. We had problems with the hot water. We stayed 5 nights and never had hot water in the evening. We reported the problem to the reception, they sent a technician, but in the evening the problem was there again. It is not pleasant to come back in the evening and after a day walking around Rome not being able to take a shower. Poor breakfast, packaged cakes and biscuits. Only sweet breakfast, I asked for a toast for my daughter and they told me they didn't have it. How is it possible that in a 3 star hotel there is no toaster....and toast to eat with jam....!!!! At the time of payment we were given a discount for the inconvenience related to the hot water. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a weekend in Rome, arriving from Tiburtina station I was looking for a hotel nearby. Good room, I changed it because the TV didn't work well in the other one, in the change it went better with a more spacious room and bathroom. Proximity to supermarkets, bars, shops and the metro stop to reach the city centre.

Uncomfortable beds and smells like smoke. We had to clean the filters on the bathroom taps because barely a tiny bit of water came out. Poor breakfast, we asked for some water and we were given a used bottle filled at the tap. The only positive note: well-organized neighborhood and nearby metro station
