Unfortunately re positioned to Hotel Torino nearby (very old and dirty tiles ) .. during to plumbing issue .. foyer looked wonderful and desk staff were helpful when I returned to original hotel to check best way to get to Hotel past terminus station where tour started the following day

Everything is expensive in Rome but for that price you expect a bit of quality.. especially in a 4 star hotel. This one is very ugly the room had a window that lead to a ugly indoor yard no light could enter it was depressing. The breakfast is very basic in a horrible dining room. Rooftop is cute but nothing special. There is no effort and no passion on this hotel I don’t recommend

Location for the Opera house and metro is fantastic. Breakfast was excellent, the only negative was that there was no Aircon in the bedroom

Location is great. Room was small but very clean, new bathroom, very good breakfasts on the last floor with panoramic view. I definitely recommend this place! Everything was good.

The establishment is located a 2-minute walk away from Termini station so it's very convenient if you arrive by train and plan to use the public transports to move around the city (which is recommended) since from there you can hop on any bus/tram/metro/taxi and go anywhere in the city. I didn't explore much around inside the hotel, but I can tell that the restaurant area where breakfast was served is located on the last floor where the terrace is located. I always had my breakfast in the porch which is still covered from the rain and wind. In the morning you can find both sweet and savory food including cornetti, cream filled donuts, cereals, cakes, different kinds of bread that you can also toast, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), ham, mortadella(=bologna), salami, edamer cheese, fruit, milk, orange and pineapple juice and coffee/tea/capuccino served with an automatic machine. Finally on every table you could find small jars of jam/marmalade. You can reach the floor with 2 separate elevators and I believe the terrace also hosts a bar with music in the evening. I was given a double room to be used as a single so the bed was large but I don't think it would be big enough for two people. The room included a mini bar, an electric kettle with cups that you could use to make tea or instant coffee, a safe and of course a set of towels, soap, shampoo, shower cap and a shoe brush. The bathroom although quite narrow included the bidet and disposable bags for tampons. On the downsides even though it was cleaned daily it seemed that some spots were overlooked for example a phone present in the bathroom was always covered in dust since before I arrived and the shower could use some descaling since most of the streams were clogged. Having a freezer in the room contributes at making it very warm. and finally, although not really an issue for me, the window was facing the inside of the building but on the bright side I believe that facing the street would have caused the hearing of a lot of noise. Talking about noise it was very quiet and the only sound I could hear were sometimes people walking in the corridor outside my room and in the evening the music coming from the terrace bar I believe, even though it stopped playing at midnight. I didn't get to experience any other amenity nor the room service since it wasn't in my interests or I didn't need to while I was there so I cannot give any comment.

Living with my children, I booked a hotel after going to the hotel and checking out the lobby. In the center of Rome, it is 400 meters from the train station to the hotel. It seems that around Beijing Railway Station, it is about 2 kilometers to the scenic spots. You can walk or take a car. I stayed in a 2-person room and was given a 3-person room, which was great. This hotel is very big and has many rooms. It seems like there are three hotels together with three doors. There is a Japanese group here. Don't even think about the Chinese group, they are all in the suburbs. I've experienced it myself. There are many varieties of breakfast and there are many people. Overall good.

It took some time to check the voucher email to see if there was a reservation error. Arriving in Rome at 10pm, I was hectic and didn't really feel like I was in Europe, but it was comfortable because I could walk to almost all tourist attractions, including breakfast, nearby restaurants, and subway stations.

The pillows and duvet covers were dirty, the hotel was too old, and one person booked a triple room had to pay extra for two other people. I was obviously bullied.

Quick and friendly check-in. Concierge very helpful for information and restaurant reservations. Cozy and very clean rooms. Guaranteed by TRIP no annoying requests for paper as a guarantee for extras or any damages. The location near Termini station is very convenient. The only flaw was that the restaurant menu on display was only in English

The location of the hotel is very good. The only drawback is that there is a trash can behind the hotel. The garbage is taken out at 5 o'clock every morning. It affects sleep very seriously. The facilities are a bit old.
