It is better to camp near the Termini station than to stay in this structure, there is nothing nice about it. The air conditioner was broken, with ten degrees outside, the lift did not work, and we were on the third floor, the lock was faulty, with the risk of being left out. I highly recommend changing careers.

The room has nothing to do with the photos. The bed is very dirty, they don't make it every day and in the five nights we spent there, not a single one of our sheets have been changed. The bathroom is disgusting. Never to return. The wonderful location, yes.

Very kind and helpful telephone operator, they tell us that they have changed the room at the last minute, according to them more comfortable than the first (let alone what it was). Quite dirty room, hair scattered everywhere and cold water for washing… a real disappointment

I called to reserve two nights in July, they told me there was availability on the dates I requested, as I said I have a Wonderbox box set they started saying that we had to pay a difference of at least 30 euros per night, so 60 euros . In addition, the two breakfasts were not included but only two coffees. The owner with all possible excuses invited me to go elsewhere!! But I say: WHY KEEP STAYING IN THESE BOXES IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM!!! DISHONEST!

My boyfriend and I booked this facility to spend 3 days in Rome, it's a shame that beyond the area, always wonderful Trastevere, this facility is truly at the limits of indecency. The structure is in turn divided into two micro structures, one in via Mameli and one in via Santini. We stayed in this second one on via Santini. Kitchen shelves used as toilet paper containers Giant bags containing probably dirty sheets abandoned in the kitchen (we're talking about a kitchen measuring 2 by 2 metres) Simply, the place does not correspond in any way to the photographs published by the hotelier.

Bathroom too uncomfortable and small. Poor air conditioning. There is no air conditioning but a bargain that sends cold air but does not refresh much and creates an absurd chaos.
