The hotel itself is really good for the price and the rooms are clean with great service at reception and a nice restaurant on site. However the walk from the metro/bus stop can be quite intimidating, especially at night

Disappointed with our stay
We were very disappointed with our stay at your hotel. There was no kettle in the room, which made it difficult to have a warm drink when we needed it. The room was cold, and we couldn’t control the temperature ourselves. We had to contact reception, but even after that, the room didn’t get any warmer.
No public transportation nearby. Shuttle is not available. Personal is okay, problem with management.
On top of that, the bedding was uncomfortable. The duvet was very thin, and instead of using a proper duvet cover, there were two flat sheets wrapped around it. These kept slipping off during the night, leaving us exposed and making it even harder to stay warm.
As a result, we spent two very cold nights and ended up catching colds. This was really disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel of your standard.
We hope you address these issues so future guests can have a better experience.

the location is not good, far from bus/train station n very dangerous at night without light, not to mention the poor condition of the road that not flat to move trolley
breakfast is ok though
n forgot to mention i was charged 6€ per night as tax, not sure if it’s correct as i didn’t get any notification when i book it. think it’s expensive for 6per night

We arrived late due to flight delays, we were greeted by a friendly staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, and better than expected. We were not expecting daily room cleaning, but received it. Our stay was very pleasant. We would stay again.

The facilities should highlight that the pool is closed on Mondays and we did not see the gym but I have to point out that the breakfast was very well prepared and the rooms very comfortable.

The worst experience, when I arrive at the hotel they tell me that I don't have a reservation, I was without a room until 1 in the morning and in the end they ask me for a deposit of €200 until the matter is cleared up but my bank tells me that they charged me €200 and they didn't retain it... now I ran out of money for that hotel

Terrible, don’t waste your money. They only have one triple acommodation and now, we’re five families sleeping in a double room with a bed with no space to walk through. Terrible, we don’t recommend it. It’s impossible to thing that they don’t empathize with the guests
