Colonna Palace Hotel Reviews

Colonna Palace Hotel has an amazing rooftop view, located right in front of Palazzo Montecitorio, the seat of Italian Parliament. The stuff is very friendly and warm. Breakfast is abundant and with a view on Rome’s roofs. I absolutely loved it there.

Nice hotel and very good location, opposite the Parliament. Only a few minutes walk to Fontana Di Trevi and Phanteon. We did all major attractions by foot. The staff was nice.

Most rude people I have ever met. The hotel rooms were broken and not available. They changed my room everyday due to some issue everyday (AC, heat, plumbing, window). The changing rooms were way cheaper than my original booking. The AC and heat and water were not working. The commode was overflowing, the window won't lock. Breakfast was included but not provided and asked to pay additional cost. The room was different and smaller than described. Cleaning was not done for 4 days. The manager said Trip.com will process a refund but Trip.com denied. I lost mental peace

The rooms need renovation! The hotel is in an excellent location but beyond that there is no value for the price. It's time to renovate the very outdated and uninviting old rooms. We are in Italy, so it will be nice to add a coffee machine or something small that will give a welcoming feeling in hotel 4 stars hotel. The breakfast is very basic. Life has moved on, so you can freshen up a bit and give a better value for the high price. Even internet connection is very poor at all floors, they promised to do something about it but we couldn’t get connected during the whole stay.

Room was very smelly. Breakfast was poor. Staff was rude. No coffee/tea/water in the rooms.

Location: Very close to the Pantheon, opposite the House of Representatives, police patrols everywhere, very safe Breakfast: Very, very good. Breakfast is on the top floor. There is a small garden and swimming pool. Getting up early to have breakfast is an attraction.

Opposite the hotel is the House of Representatives, which is very close to the Pantheon. When you are jet-lagged, you can see the Pantheon, which is reserved at dawn. You can drink special coffee for breakfast and watch the sunrise. The seagulls come back to stop and the birds come to look for food. . The facilities are relatively old and the air conditioner is a bit loud.

WiFi is almost non-existent The corridors are old and it's a bit scary to live alone. The bathroom is clean but not a smart toilet There is no hot water kettle, but I asked the hotel front desk to borrow one. It was very good. Breakfast is okay, but it's a bit crowded on the top floor. Go early because there will be a lot of people. But at the entrance of the Capitol, there were police all downstairs, which made me feel very at ease! ! The location is very convenient for citywalk. There are many shops in the Trevi Fountain in five minutes.

Stunning, luxury hotel. Very central location. What makes it UNIQUE is the presence of SARA, very kind, fantastic, capable of helping and satisfying needs, as it was for us: a family with very young children. Thank you Sara, you are unique, you made our holiday special

The hotel wifi doesn't work, and my phone doesn't work either. Once you enter the accommodation, there is no internet, so you have to come in only when you are sleeping.
