A reservation made by mistake for the same evening and no way to get a refund, despite my immediate request and well-founded technical explanations... I find this abusive. The manager was supposed to call me for explanations, I'm still waiting.

It's very old, but the location is great. You can walk around the ancient city. There is a bus stop right at the door. It is a real door, 5 meters away. There are several trains to Termini station.
