This is a great little guest house within the Prati district in Rome, Italy. The staff are so friendly. Our room was ok but the bathroom/shower could do with a bit of freshening up. The only disappointment was the lack of kettle and toaster that would mean you could self cater better.

This is in a great location walkable to just about everything. The host was really good. He knows all the places to go and how to get there. Great guy.
The only adverse comment is the shower! We were in room 3 and the shower is minuscule, seriously. Plus the door didn’t seal and the floor was awash every day. Had to mop it up with towels.
Other than that no complaints.

A 2nd excellent stay in this cozy, budget-priced, charming guesthouse. Outstanding customer care for guests from this hardworking team. They make you feel like part of the extended family. Grateful to Ovidio for his help with Wi-Fi access and great recommendations. Old-world decors in the rooms. Super convenient location in Prati. Easy access to all the major sights, but removed from the tourist hordes. Note: The shower stall in my singles room was fine for me, but might be a tight fit for very overweight people.

This place if it were anywhere else would have been torn down long ago. Terrible wifi Worst shower ever, so bad I paid €5 to go to nearby gym just to shower. Paper thin walls and ceilings. I complained but nothing was done, I noticed a review from 2019 pointed out similar issues. Go to Rome see the ruins, visit this place you get to stay in a ruin too.

It is an excellent option for accommodation in Rome. We choose it for the fourth time. The location is exceptional, close to everything. The shuttle to the airport is taken at the door. Marta and Ovidio's attention is very good, you feel at home. The room was comfortable, with a minibar, clean.

If I returned to Rome I would probably return to this hotel, although in some things it needs renovation we did not lack anything, we were very comfortable. The location is very good to go everywhere, the airport bus can be caught on the street right behind, buses, metro and a supermarket in front. It has a refrigerator, air conditioning, despite the heat wave we were very cool. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and a huge television although we didn't use it. The best thing about the hotel was the receptionist, attentive and polite, he helped us with a lot of things, he explained to us how to go to places of interest by public transport, he even provided us with tickets and very importantly in Spanish, I can only thank him a thousand times for his treatment.
