Excellent porter service by Kimo. Loved the hotel location and look of our room! It's super spacious with each of us having our own cupboard. There is also a sofa, both a bath tub and shower area, and a nice street view. It would be great if non-disposable cups were provided for rinsing our mouths.

Very helpful and professional at the reception. The single room was spacious, clean and warm. A wide range of options for breakfast but just bread and jam and fresh fruit for vegans. Great position: 2 minutes from Termini metro and train station or 20/25 minutes walking from all the main attractions like Trevi fountain or Colosseo. The area seemed very safe to me. Highly recommend.

Great location, nice hotel. Not perfect, I'd give it 4 out of 5. Shower door was broken, room was small. Otherwise all fine.

Don't be fooled by the score. The service was average, no real like or dislike to it. Getting to the hotel was easy as its around the corner and getting to the room was no problem either, clealiness was as expected, however the walls were fairly thin, you could hear next door fairly easily. The thing I really disliked though was the room was not the image that I thought I was paying for, I thought I paid for a nice looking red room, it looked a hell of a lot better than the actual boring green, slightly more modern than 90s style bedroom that I actually received. I planned to propose to my fiancé in Rome and the room that I thought I paid for was suppose to be the cherry on top as the last main surprise detail of our trip (the room was actually the final nail in the coffin after a complicated day), I saw it earlier in the day and I'm glad I didn't ask the question that day because coming back to that room would have been such a really disappointing time - I proposed in Porto instead and that experience was far better than expected

Room is very small. Breakfast is good. Room is too dark and bath is super mini which cannot be used for bathing

Good location, hotel is nice. Staff are helpful and friendly .
An elderly gentleman, aged 78, who does the nite shift, he is so nice.
Made sure I was settled into my room. Wanted to thank him but I didn’t get to meet him on my last nite in Rome.
I hope the hotel can pass my “thank you for your service “ message to him.
