everything was ok. experienced ruined on checkout. tried to charge us again for an extra person that has actually already paid. then we realised later that we had overpaid for the city tax and been short changed a considerable amount. watch your cash on checkout

Lovely hotel with great staff. Travelled as two families. Rooms met our needs, quad rooms, air con and good bathroom. Breakfast was great, fresh and lots of choice. Great location for sightseeing. For anyone in annexe don't believe what other people are saying ,it is so close, no need to worry. Very clean in hotel and always a smile at the front desk. Clean towels every day too. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars as no bar facility but bringing own drinks from local shops to garden at night worked well. Highly recommend and would return to this hotel on next visit to Rome.

The outside of the hotel is well kept, with flowers, plants and shrubs. We had room 502, which gave us a nasty surprise when we checked in. The room is spacious, but has a strong musty smell. The bed is completely cracked on one side, there's mold on the bathroom walls and the hairdryer doesn't work very well. The photos available on the website are not at all representative of reality.

The room was beautiful, spacious enough for a couple. super clean, staff were welcoming. only let down was the breakfast, didnt have much variety. So we normally just went out for it instead. About half an hour walk to the centre so location was pretty good, lots of bus stops nearby as well. Also no aircon in April so if you’re from England (or anywhere not used to the heat) just be aware of that! Otherwise really nice.

When turning up to hotel , we was told our room was in a different building that was 5 mins away , but we still have to go to the main building for breakfast , totally felt unsafe as it was not connected to the main hotel . The hotel room was so small you couldn’t swing a cat , one of the beds was a fold down bed off the wall .

Clean and comfortable room we stayed in, breakfast was adequate, out of the city but travelling is fine if the buses are not rammed. Enjoyed our stay. The tourist rate is unacceptable as we have already paid for our holiday, this was not advised of before I trip

Im sorry im only just getting around to reviewing this hotel but better late than never. The hotel on arrival was beautiful looking, very friendly staff and nice and cool. Our room was the one with the balcony overlooking the garden at the back and it was lovely.. its not modern so don’t expect that but really authentic looking and feeling. The man on reception during the night was especially helpful and recommended a lovely local restaurant over the road and a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was nice, not much choice but that’s ok. The location to the centre of Rome is walkable however if you visit in the summer you will be better off getting taxis, save your feet. There’s a local supermarket a few buildings up that sells everything you need plus a pharmacy over the road. Would definitely stay again.
