The hotel is near The Vatican Museum and walking distance from the drop off location of the bus from Fiumicino airport and Ottaviano train station. So many restaurants around the hotel. Everything you need is just walking distance around it. Our room is beautifully prepared. We love the chandelier and the bed and the water pressure in the bathroom. Everyone in the hotel we met is friendly. The rooms are secured even the hotel itself is secured. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Rome.

Good location near the Vatican City. Room with private bathroom and toilet. Check in is late, but you can leave your bags in reception.

The room you booked is sold out. They downgraded you to a small room instead of a big one, and they were very confident about it. This is unimaginable in China. The Italians have a very strange way of thinking.

The hotel is cozy, a bit humid. The receptionist was friendly, he caught us on the street and picked us up. Although the hotel is located in the old town so it is a bit small. But I am satisfied with this hotel.

Wrong version of goods
Photos and reality are completely different things
It feels like it has nothing to do with the photo at all 😂

Others are really unsatisfactory
There isn't even a shower curtain in the shower room, and the sink is still clogged.
Even if you want to take a shower, it won’t work. Once the water is boiled, your feet will be soaked in waste water.
The room is just the bed, it can’t be any smaller
Sound insulation is not good either, you can clearly hear the sounds outside the door
The room smells a bit damp
The soap wrapper for our bath products was still stained with moisture

The location is great, but the room was very small. I wish the sheets were changed more often than every 4 days, but the towels were changed every day.
