"Satisfied" is all i want to say. Comfortable, clean, hospitable, friendly and helpful staff.

The room is relatively small, but clean and sanitary. The location is very good, close to the train station. It is a hotel in an old building. The service is not bad. In short, it is a good value for money hotel in Rome. The old elevator is very interesting.

The hotel is located near Termini, convenient to get to anywhere in the city and to the airport. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The hotel building itself is old, but the rooms are clean and renovated. The room is modest, but has everything you need - shower, refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, wardrobe, TV. There is an unpleasant smell in the shower room because there is no ventilation. There are blinds on the windows, the room is always dark. If your room faces the courtyard, don’t open the window, it’s dark there! The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, the blanket is good. The hotel is quiet and you can get a good night's sleep. I can recommend the hotel for one or two nights.

It has a very good location. The bad thing is that the air conditioners were not working. The good thing is that it was not hot because if not, you can imagine. It has a good location, the bad thing is that it seems like they were bordering you but the rest is fine.

Elevator with door that gets stuck and leaves you locked inside. The area where the hotel is located is surrounded by high social decay. The hotel itself isn't bad and the staff are friendly enough too

The overall situation is okay

位於特米尼火車站東北400米。房間寬敞，乾淨舒適，配有小冰箱、吹風機、電熱水壺等設施，窗户能限位打開，只是房間新裝修，有油漆味。浴室較小且花灑水流小。免費wifi好用。

Never ever have I come across a hotel like this, hard to find as signage very poor. Entrance filthy, mats not vacuumed in weeks, stairs the same. No one to check us in, a note left on reception door to say collet envelope with keys to your room. No staff to help us, by chance a maintenance helped us, Later we met manager, so rude has no place behind a reception desk. Bedroom small poky & the bed, not very clean, no shower gel, no tv remote. To top it all off no breakfast served, once again no manager or staff in building. I say to everyone stay clear of this hotel. It’s substandard. No star !!

After having stayed in a horrible hotel on the way there, this place impressed me positively. The receptionist was lovely, the room was nice and bright, the bathroom was good and it was just a few steps from Termini. It was much cheaper than the previous hotel and it was far superior.

I have never written reviews, at most negative. I have always been accommodating, polite and respectful. I have always adapted. When faced with a health need, the OWNER was quite insensitive and unwelcoming, showing no openness to the customer. A room full of dust, a 60×60 shower tray, a broken external opening, rusty, unable to close it, a minibar out of order... when we asked if we could keep a medicine in the fridge, she rudely replied: you can't keep anything in the fridge except buying a bottle of our water... You are lucky if instead of this kind of human being you get some other "girl or boy" at the reception who are really kind and helpful. It's just a shame for them that they have to work with people like the OWNER of the hotel, Gabriella, who is rude and inhuman.

Excellent location, near Termini station. Located in a building where there are several hotels and B&Bs. Friendly staff. We stayed in two rooms, one a little small but new, with a nice bathroom and coffee machine, the other larger but a little old. Overall the opinion is positive. It's just a shame about breakfast, which is not included at the moment.
