This is the worst hotel I've ever seen, bar none, with no security, poor management, and perfunctory cleaners. There is a bar downstairs which is very noisy at night and the hotel is not clean. They are quick to take the money when you pay to move in, but when you check out, they never refund you and find all sorts of reasons to deduct your money!

Terrible service, superficiality, carelessness. Fridge not working, faulty lamp (from the previous year), hot water that came and went, cleaning lady that I had to contact (which is unusual in B&Bs) and finally an army of ants that visited us. To be recommended to the worst enemy.

Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e sempre disponibile, sia le ragazze alla reception che chi si occupava della pulizia delle stanze.
