Firstly, the experience was amazing. Before I even arrived at the hotel, they asked me on what time I will be arriving. Secondly, the room was spacious for 1/2 person with a lot of amenities (shower cap, still and sparkling water, soap and shampoo). Thirdly, I demanded a lot of things from the reception and they did a great job in fulfilling all my wishes (e.g., luggage storage, postponed city-tax payment, room extension). So overall experience were great. However, there were 2 things that should be noted: (1) the hotel lobby and the lift were really small and (2) the lobby bathroom was really small too. Therefore, that was the only downside for me.

This hotel was perfect, check in/ check out was very organized. They let us leave our bags at 10am so we could go explore and had them waiting for us in our room when we returned. Complimentary water bottles and coffee were in the room for us. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nice and clean. It was also in a perfect location for shopping/ right by a bunch of restaurants. I recommend Arlù if you’re in the area!

I was beyond surprised. In meeting the representative inside who was so warm and helpful and showed us to our room, to the room, which was great as was the bathroom, to the fruit platter…this was fantastic! The guesthouse exceeded all our expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was always clean and well made up. It’s close to the metro, but Rome is also so walkable, that we ended up walking to almost every site and place we visited. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Bellisimo!

Safe and convenient. Really lovely, clean and in good repair. Tea and coffee making facilities and minifridge. Room was cleaned every day fresh towels. Didn't give 5 stars for cleanliness only because of a hairclip that was in the bedside cabinet left by previous guest. Service was lovely. They left us a box of chocolates when make room up on New Year's Eve. Lovely touch. Good location, really close to metro, next to pedestrian road. Little cornershops and cafes close by. Would stay there again.

Great location - even better staff Really helpful staff, they can’t do enough! We had a 6month baby and they ensured our cot was in our room and gave us plenty of water bottles throughout.
