The first impression was - terrible, a very small room, the bed/pillows are not the most comfortable, there is too little space, there is nowhere to put a suitcase, there is nowhere to put the breakfast tray, the breakfast itself is purely Italian (lots of bread, croissants, jams, yoghurts and coffee), but I want scrambled eggs and sausage. The shower in the bathroom is just for gnomes, I don’t know how my husband washed himself there, but I, a little girl, could barely fit in there. Also in the morning there is constant noise, because... The reception is located right next to the room, you can hear everything. But!!! There are such amazing people who work there, very kind and nice! and also a super location next to Piazza Navona. Therefore, I simply cannot write a bad review, because when booking I knew that this was not a luxury hotel, but a weak three-room hotel. In general, I want to say thank you to the girl at the reception (in my opinion, she is the main one there), she is simply fantastic!

The reception is located next to the room (literally 2 meters away), it is very noisy and has even been converted into a kitchenette. It is located on the 1st floor with an elevator which cannot even accommodate 2 people with travel bags (a wheelchair does not fit). The room was in a bad state. (Worn furniture, stained walls, hole in the wall, broken bulb.) My companion even had to restart the air conditioning directly via the electrical panel because it was not working. The bathroom was barely clean, 1 light out of 3 works, even a bulb is missing, we had a dirty bathtub shower, encrusted black mark, with a huge hole in the tray (leak result) a bathtub which is supposed to jacuzzi (which jacuzzi?) Nothing is wrong! We obviously report all this when we arrive, the response was (we already know)! Breakfast, we had it 2 days and the 2 days we were missing (cutlery, napkin not practical for our coffee with our toast… What a lack of inattention! we point out, again! The most important negative point: the noise. 1st night: we are woken up at 6:15 a.m. because of the annoyance of a guest towards the hotel, this until 8 a.m.! Obviously we report it, once again: at 11:30 p.m. the guests in the next room! come back, and we hear absolutely everything that is happening in the next room as if we were there 3rd night: we are leaving again I have been traveling for years and I have never experienced guest rooms. hotel as poorly isolated as these. Paying almost 300€ per night is a shame! The only positive points are the geographical location, in the center of all tourist activities and the friendliness of the room staff. weekend which should have been perfect turned into hell we returned to work more tired than when we arrived and above all annoyed!

Excellent location in the center of Rome, clean and quiet room with a few but......in the bathroom aerator of all the taps full of limestone which prevents the flow of water to the point that if you want to wash your hands or teeth you have to use the bathtub tap, heating that can only be used with the heat pump which works poorly, average breakfast served in the room. Friendly and helpful staff.

In the center, quiet and comfortable. Perfect breakfast in the room. On the last day they stored our suitcases for us. Everything is great. The elevator is very small but it fulfills its function, on the first floor I never used it, my mother did. Very spacious room and correct bathroom. I would return without hesitation

This 'hotel' is in fact 6 rooms on the 1st floor of an older building where you enter by passing the garbage bins. The man at the reception, which is only staffed for a few hours a day, was friendly. The room and especially the bathroom are spacious enough. The maintenance leaves much to be desired, except for changing sheets. This did not happen, only the towels. The biggest disappointment was the very simple breakfast in the room with no direct light and at a small table. Only a sweet and not crispy croissant and dry rolls provided with toppings in jars with a glass of juice and a yogurt. No cornflakes, slice of meat or cheese or a fresh egg. Coffee was also lukewarm quickly. So every morning we go for a nice coffee in a cafeteria at the end of the small street. The rating of 2 is only for the excellent location close to everything.

La posizione è ottima, sono camere dotate di ingressi indipendenti in palazzi ubicato vicino alla reception. Colazione è dignitosa ti portano quello che richiedi non aspettatevi colazioni continentali ma basiche all'italiana. Eravamo 3 mamme con 3 bimbe di 11 anni, scelto perché è vicino a tutto, siamo uscite anche la sera in tranquillità. Consigliatissimo
