Lovely hotel , great location the only feedback is to provide check in details throughly . Only communication was via what’s app however did now this till we were in our room. There was no name on key at reception desk. Other than that the room was awesome and location was great to all sites

The name is a misnomer. It is not a hotel and it is not luxury. The is no service, stains on bedding, worn towels, scuff marks all over the walls. Bedding not changed for 4 days so I do not know how they can say luxury. It is a room. Other minor issues.
The location is excellent and the bed was comfortable.

Loved the hotel and it’s location but not having a physical person on the property caused some difficulty. The main door was not left unlocked as stated it would be. We had to wait until another guest was going in. And the safe in our room was locked and I asked someone to come open it and that never happened.

After checking in informed via text the contact person that due to unforseen circumstances from Delta Airline we needed to cut our stay one day short. From then on everything went wrong. At some point I had to ask the owner his intervention as it appeared it was impossible to make myself understood. We finally came to an understanding. I think the problem is that all contacts are via text. No human contact. Texts can be easily miscontrued specially if one has no command of written english and does not understand who the client is.

Accommodation would never be recommended, we waited twice for over 2 hours in front of closed doors because the owner couldn't be reached and there was no working chip card - I've never experienced anything like that before. ********** is also sad that such accommodations are even allowed to be on this site.
I will never come back because of the unfriendliness and lack of interest in the guests. After waiting 4 hours in front of the closed doors on the first day, we decided to leave the hotel ourselves, as this would ruin everything, especially on a short vacation.
