It's a very lovely hotel. The front desk staff is very helpful. He gave us many restaurant recommendations. And the room is bigger than I thought.
But the hot water is not very stable especially at midnight

The location itself deserves more than 5 stars.
Right next to Fontana di Trevi, and everything you need to see in walking distance. We didn’t use transportation at all, only to visit Vatican City.
Very nice room, very clean ( they cleaned it every day), perfect temperature although we didn’t use the air conditioner at all (and I must say it was a bit cold outside).
Paolo, Alessandro and Andrew were so polite and helpful with everything! They gave us a map and showed us where to go, they answered to every question I had and they let us leave our luggage there after check out until we left for the airport.
Overall it was a perfect stay and I would come back here for sure!! Thank you!!

Centre location with walking distance to most attractions 👍 no lift if u come with big luggages , many eateries around , but not provided drinking water

Dream location at a very reasonable price.
Must recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the city Central and super balcony view.
I felt this property was underrated.
Alex was great in helping us with all our queries.
The rooms were super clean.
Highly recommend.
