We visited Rome between 27th - 31st August 2024. Three star hotel but fully met all our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Though we spent most of our days to visit the attraction sites, in the evening it would have been nice to watch some TV to wind down and so a couple of english speaking channels would have been beneficial - though this did not impact our stay. Highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for looking after us during our stay.

Very kind hotel, let us check in hours early, we had come intending just to drop our bags, but they had a room ready already. They had a great breakfast buffet available in the morning. Croissants of all kinds, meats, cheeses, cereals and fruit juice. Wonderful.
Only complaint? Blanket was the same fabric as the curtains. Weird.

The situation close to a major train station and stops for various buses makes it very convenient and easyto visit most parts of Rome. Good breakfast buffet and supportive staff. It's quite clean just that most of the facilities are just old.

It's an 8-minute walk from the station, and there are many trains and buses, so it's easy to get around. The high-speed train also stops here, so it's convenient because you don't have to transfer when traveling from other cities. Our room was on the third floor, but we had to walk through a hallway and up stairs. It seems to be two buildings connected, so there are steps, so it may be a little inconvenient if you have a heavy suitcase. The hallway and room are also narrow. I recommend this hotel to those who don't want to stay in a hostel but are looking for a good value hotel. I stayed with a friend and it cost about 11,000 yen per night, so it was 5,500 yen per person. I recommend it because you can use a private room for just a little more than a hostel.
