This place was just perfect. I stayed one night. Small but lovely. Breakfast was delicious and they were very friendly. Close to where I wanted to be. Easily walkable to the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica. Hopefully will store my luggage Would book again.

B&B located in a quiet area, very convenient parking nearby, clean room. There was a little problem with the hot water not coming at 1am, but it can happen. The girl at the reception was very kind as well as very nice and made us feel at home in the morning as soon as we woke up. Large balcony. A nice experience . Valentina and Federica

Good location near the Vatican and good organization for late check-in despite there being no staff present from the afternoon until the following morning. Unfortunately they deserve the poor rating for the bed we slept in where the slats kept coming off because they were too short compared to the right length so my partner slept very badly. On Easter evening the power went out in all the rooms and there was no one to turn to until the following morning when the breakfast boy came. Overall the room was clean but the blankets in the wardrobe and spare pillows were not stained. Pets accepted with supplement.

Very bad experience. A lot to improve, starting from the difficulty in contacting (on Sunday, but still unacceptable) staff or owners to understand how to access the room or to get a blanket. Everything left to personal intuition. Poor hygiene so much so that I wondered if I should change accommodation. TV not working, shower blocked, I didn't get the blanket in the end, wi-fi non-existent. I could hear the person in the room next to mine snoring, luckily there were no noisy guests in those days otherwise I would never have slept. Prices definitely too high for the service offered. The Peruvian boy who always brought me breakfast on time was nice.
