Ночью ребёнку на голову упал большой вентилятор со стены. Он же мог травмировать! Ни за что не бронируйте это ужасное место, если хотите остаться живыми и здоровыми! Все держится на соплях, мебель ужасная, отвратительная грязная комната, в душе повсюду чёрная плесень, смыв унитаза не работал, стояло ведро чтобы смывать!!! На полу клубы пыли. Там не мыли со времён Первой Мировой войны. Одеяла выглядят так, как будто их у бомжей забрали. Вонь ужасная. Когда бронировали, фото номера были совершенно другими. Хозяин Вальтер сказал что этим фото 10 лет и все изменилось! Это возмутительно!!!! Хозяин просто сбежал от нас когда мы ему предъявили претензии о несоответствии фото и реальности. Индус который передал ключи очень грубый и противный. Одна звезда для них слишком много!!!!

fue lamentable, desde que llegamos a Roma, nos desviaron a otro alojamiento, ubicado en calle mamiani. el olor a mugre del hotel, tipo podrido, era desolador. nos dijeron que habia desayuno, y fue mentira. se corto la luz una vez y me acusaron del corte por el uso del secador de pelo. los encargados unos irrrespetuosos. jamas limpian, las toallas sucias, literalmente. y cero atencion al cliente
