We had booked a night with them, due to an official flight strike in Italy, the flight was cancelled and we informed the property so that they could take into account that it was a case of force majeure, if they had the option to refund us the amount, as we were warning them in time. They replied that they did not. It is their policy and I accept it, they could have made an exception, but they didn't want to. My only option was to give my opinion about their way of proceeding, and so I did it by *********** leaving my rating, not a negative comment, which is different, there was no comment, just a low score. Well, they sent me a message, DEMANDING me in a bad way to remove my rating. They did not bother to find out why I had this review nor did they try to talk to me in any way, that is the kind of service they offer, be careful with them. I plan to leave my review that they have deleted from Booking on all possible social networks, so that it does not happen to other customers.
