His solution was to bring us a bucket of blue water, so we could clean ourselves and relieve ourselves, since the cistern was not working. They told us to stay in the room that night, with the promise that all the problems would be corrected, with the change to another room, throughout the day. It was 00:00, with minors, in a foreign country. We called the Hotel and they told us that it had been impossible for them to correct the problems or change the room. UNFULFILLED PROMISE!!! The next day they told us that they were going to call a technician to adapt the room, and that we had to stay at the hotel until he arrived, it was 10 in the morning and this had not happened, with the consequent loss of our time and visits. scheduled and paid. UNFULFILLED PROMISE!!! Faced with this situation and because it was impossible for us to manage it in any other way, we had no other choice but to spend the first night in the hotel and accept all the inconveniences, which made us stay awake all night. Our decision Given that there was no sign of giving us a solution, and our helplessness was manifest, we were forced to book another hotel (with a higher price than the hotel, it was tourist season and the hotels were at maximum occupancy, with the expenses derived from it (Transportation, Calls, time lost while visiting the city, and as I said before scheduled and paid visits). The hotel employees, we requested the complaint form, told us that they did not have them (I understand that in Spanish legislation they are required to do so. We were transferred from the Beauty Hostel to this one, because there was some problem with the hot water. We had booked the 5-bed room, the room was quite clean, there were lockers to leave things and the beds were of average quality. The bathroom was pretty clean and we haven't had any problems otherwise. YES, YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL OR THEY CHARGE YOU AN SUPPLEMENT. The only thing that could be improved is the street phone that makes a huge beep and is a bit audible.
