Really quiet inside courtyard room, bed really comfortable, room modern and very clean. Lift access, which is important as on 3rd floor. Complimentary Lavazza coffee was a welcome bonus. The location is in a quieter part of Rome but this is a desirable asset for many travellers and there are many good restaurants in the area. Did I mention that it's only 25m from the Lepanto Metro station (just 5 stops from Rome Termini) and has very friendly and helpful owners?

Très bien situé, ménage tout les jours et dosettes café aussi, petit (5 chambres) donc peu de voisin, dans un immeuble au 3eme avec ascenseur, les chambres sont assez spacieuses, il y a la Clim, la télé Connectée italienne, un vrai bonheur à petit prix pour Rome.

Esperienza positiva, letto comodo e camera pulita (anche nei cassetti più improbabili non c'era un filo di polvere!), proprietario molto cortese e disponibile, ci ha permesso di tenere la camera oltre l'orario di ceck out, prezzo inferiore alla media della zona. I 4 pallini invece che il massimo sono dovuti a dettagli, che tuttavia possono fare la differenza... riscaldamento assente nei bagni, tv mal funzionante, camere molto piccole e in alcune il bagno è decisamente scomodo. Posizione eccellente.
