I would like to point out that the rooms are nice and well located, they are also very clean, I only give three stars for the courtesy of the owner who does not answer and if he answers he answers very late, and sometimes he is rude, services such as breakfast included do not exist, if you want the change of towels and sheets you pay a supplement of 20 euros and at a price of 120 euros per day you expect it to be included

Ho soggiornato al b&b spqr dal 7 al 9 ottobre 2024. La stanza carina, accessoriata e abbastanza curata. Il proprietario gentile e all'ingresso trovi macchina del caffè con cialde, bollitore per il tè e relativi filtri e qualcosa per fare colazione. La nota completamente negativa è il bagno, tutto da rifare, tenuto male, non curato ed evidentemente un po' vecchio e non troppo pulito. In più nell'armadio della stanza abbiamo trovato delle lenzuola e delle trapunte arrotolate, probabilmente erano state cambiate da poco e lasciate lì. È necessaria a mio avviso dare nel più breve tempo possibile un aspetto nuovo al bagno.

Pessimo B&B, lavandino rotto, lampadine fulminate, senza phon e colazione inesistente con pochissime merendine, senza tavolo e sedie. Una sola bustina di bagnoschiuma e senza pulizie per 3 giorni, senza ricambio di asciugamani. Stanza sporca e poco curata. Sconsigliato!

Una vergogna di beb. Un furto è dire poco. 58€ di camera che se li avessi spesi per dormire in una stalla di vacche sarei stato molto meglio. Una camera venduta per dispetto. Non ho altro da aggiungere anche se si dovrebbe scrivere molto ma le foto parlano da solo e descrivono molto meglio. Colazione misera e vergognosa senza acqua per la macchina del caffè, niente tazze, con boiler per scaldare difettoso che non andava, buste di succhi di frutta già aperte conservate fuori frigo non si sa da quante ore. Camera non insonorizzata. Si sentiva ogni movimento e rumore della coppia che dormiva nella camera accanto alla mia. Luce nella camera che non funzionava e puzza di fumo appena consegnata la camera. Mai più!

Siamo arrivati e si sentiva una puzza di candeggina allucinante, Così facendo volevano far credere che la camera fosse stata pulita,quando invece ti levi le scarpe cammini a piedi nudi due minuti e hai i piedi neri. Apro il doccino e l’acqua esce da tutte le parti tranne che dal telefono. Penso che comunque non ci sia bisogno di andare ancora avanti.
