There is only one benefit to this enterprise, and that is the host. The rest is a disaster. There is no sign at all, but you need four(!) keys to get inside. The second key broke and we could not to get out inside our room for a long time. There was no one working reception, and nobody to answer the phone, as well as no breakfast. The bathroom is dreadful; only half a door in the shower stall.

Do not use this hotel, they stole my money. I pre-booked a 2 day stay 3 months before arriving at hotel. The room was terrible and wanted to stay only 1 day. The only way to contact hotel representative was using whatsapp texting. There was no hotel employee overnight. I texted my contact and told him I was going to leave the next morning. He indicated he would sent a PDF via text of costs. The Hotel could not provide me with a summary of charges and did not refund for the $330 room and have cut off all contact. Paid $660 for a single night.

The hotel room was very clean, nice and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We loved the location also. It was just perfect for a walk around the city.

Our stay at this place was amazing. Nuri the manager is wonderful. We arrived early and our room was already ready. The place is super clean, fresh towels daily and the room is cleaned daily. I will recommend this place and next time we visit room we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was fantastic. We were greeted prior to check in with a message asking if we needed help finding our way/making arrangements to get to the location. We were conflicted on bus or taxi and we were given a lot of advice on both options. Upon check in, we were greeted promptly and very pleasantly. The room was even bigger than expected with a beautiful view and every amenity you could think of. We even got advice on where the best places to eat were and we were given a contact to ask any questions at any time. If we ever come back to Rome we will absolutely rebook here.

This is portrayed as a hotel which it’s not; it’s converted rooms in an apartment building and takes up the majority of one floor. There is no sound proofing. The condition of the property is not as shown in the photos; many areas were dirty (light fixtures, smudges on walls, hair on the bed). I would not recommend this hotel.

Super convenient area to visit Montepulciano, all of Tuscany and parts of Umbria. Beautiful location and property was gorgeous. The hosts are super friendly, responsive, and gave great recommendations.
