This is scam! You have to pay 230 euro more than the real price! Avoid it if possible! We booked it with agoda. The owner from the beginning was very arrogant. He said that the offer is 230 euro than on the website but it is not his problem. We were shocked because we travel a lot and we never had situation like this.

The staff was very nice, but from the beginning, there were extra fees not advertized when you book. For example, you pay 50 euro extra for linens. I have never seen an apartment place anywhere charge for sheets on beds. Bringing your own was not an option, so it amounted to a hidden extra fee. Then there was a damage deposit of 200 they held on our card. It also felt very shady paying almost half in cash when we paid the rest on a card. They never explained why this was. All this made staying there a little stressful. Then, the kitchen was missing some essential things if you are a family and on a budget and want to cook there. It was missing an oven baking tray, only had 1 pot, no spatula, not many dishes, no basic cooking utensils you would expect.

The main issue was the additional fees we paid. ******* estimated $300 in fees. Instead, we paid 450 Euros or almost $490. ******* insists w have no recourse. When you book a hotel or apartment in Italy, use one where all the fees are paid in advance. We trusted ******* to our regret.
