Room was very clean. The building has an elevator which we appreciated having 2 rolling bags. I loved the location, quiet and far from the touristy areas which gives you a glimpse of the local ambience.

This place was just perfect !! Quiet, safe, clean ! I was hesitant about there not being a reception desk, but the management respond very quickly and politely over WhatsApp. There’s free wifi, complimentary breakfast, and it’s right near the most gorgeous river !! I would easily recommend this to anyone but specifically solo women travellers ❤️❤️ This is the place girlies I promise :))

The online check in was very easy and it was just as easy to contact the reception via WhatsApp whenever I needed, even though they were not actually at the hotel. Overall a nice stay in a good area in Rome .

民宿留在攜程的地址本來就是錯的，害我們走了很遠的路以為到了民宿門口，結果發現不是對的地方，後來又聯繫民宿要了新的地址才找到，拉着行李帶着孩子非常折騰，民宿要爬樓梯，還要各種密碼開門，沒有電梯，大行李很麻煩，環境很一般，衞生間裝修的還蠻新的，但是房間非常一般，放在房間的兩個枱燈全是灰塵，不敢用，就是一個民宿，並不是酒店，沒有酒店前台，還要自己提前聯繫酒店或者攜程拿郵箱拿各種開門攻略和密碼，如果是晚上到達或者沒有當地手機卡可以打電話的遊客千萬不要預訂，不然有露宿街頭的可能，因為聯繫起來非常麻煩，對方堅持要你綁定WhatsApp 跟他們聯繫，電話他們又説不清楚，最後衹能隔着門郵箱聯繫，效率非常低。 不會再回去那裡住，房間雖然有個窗，但是窗簾全是灰塵還掉下來，感覺衞生條件堪憂，不會再考慮。 廚房的沙發都是脱皮的，坐上去那些皮全部掉在衣服上，特別臟，房間裏面的唯一一把椅子有血跡和蚊子的屍體，讓人不敢用。

トラステヴェレの駅からは若干離れるが８番バスで簡単に行ける。ローマ市内の喧騒から離れた下町トラステヴェレしかし実際市内はとても近い。設備部屋はとても良くいうことはなかった。快適に過ごせた。

My wife and I had a great stay. It is centrally located with easy walking to many dining options, the colosseum, St Peter's Square. Bed was comfortable and room spotless. Grocery store right across the street and open a wide range of hours. Hostess was great and helpful. Would stay again if I return to Rome.
