Very good location, great service, clean and modern rooms, very tasty breakfast, close to all attractions, very safe area! Special thanks to Mrs. Wiktoria and Sara, very good organization and great help! I recommend! We will definitely return!

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast and prime location. Staff were caring and offered tips on sites and restaurants and an umbrella when needed during some rainy days in December. Room was clean and tidy and had a mini fridge which was very helpful. Shower had great water pressure, building was relatively quiet considering how central the location is. Made for the perfect place to explore any part of the city from. Could not recommend more highly! Will definitely return.

I was greeted by Viktoria who was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a map and explained the areas of interest. The room was spotless and inviting. The bed was especially comfortable. I was concerned that there might be noise from the breakfast room nearby, but my room was quiet. The included breakfast was exceptional, with bacon, eggs, cheese, pastries, yogurt, and coffee. I've stayed at several B&Bs in Rome, but this is definitely my first choice from now on. The staff was super helpful all the way around.

My husband and I stayed for one night before our flight home the next day. Location can't be beat - we were able to walk everywhere in minutes. Staff was amazing - Sara helped us book our transportation to the airport and was friendly and responsive right away to anything we needed. Sahin made us a beautiful breakfast on the day of checkout -he even made us fresh orange juice without us even asking. The only thing we would have liked is a lift - stairs were hard when you overpack which we always do, but that is literally the only thing we didn't like and that was our own fault for overpacking!

Perfect location for exploring Rome and the staff were so helpful and were always easy to communicate with if you needed anything! We walked to all attraction s we wanted to see from the hotel- we will definately stay again lf ever back in Rome!

Due to sad family circumstances we mailed the hotel 4 days before our stay asking them if it was possible to cancel the reservation. I explained the situation and asked if we could get our money (269 euro) back. They replied that it was indeed sad but no that was not possible. I then asked if it was perhaps an option to move our booking to a few months later. No not the policy and not possible either. Everytime they asked me if they could cancel the reservation, they even called me about it. It felt very pushy and a way for them to earn another 269 euro's for the room. I was fed up with the whole situation so I said they could book it for someone else. It felt bad to loose money and that they did not think along with us about a solution.

This little hotel was a gem of a find. Super well priced and simple yet perfect for our last few nights in beautiful Rome. Sara and Stephany are delightful and couldn’t be more helpful, providing maps and tips and very natural conversation. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Such a delightful place to stay! We were in the two bedroom/two bath apartment run by the hotel. The apartment is on a small, quiet street in a charming neighborhood, with wonderful restaurants nearby and easy walking access to major sites throughout the city. The apartment exceeded our expectations, plus the hotel communication was prompt, clear, and so helpful, with wonderful restaurant recommendations. When we return to Rome, we will definitely stay here!
