Suggest to the owner to provide the details of access in advance so that travelers are able to get prepare when arrival. A little bit stressed during check in.
Location and safety wise are very good. Just check in take a little bit time. Like the room, clean and owner provide the welcome gift 😄.
However, lift also make us stressed when check out. malfunction -- it's a long way to carry luggage down to level 1

Room and bathroom were tiny. Access to kitchen was good and well enough equipped. Hosts were responsive when contacted. Great location across the street from the train station.

I had an incredible stay at Voyager House! The accommodations exceeded my expectations in every way. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet minutes from vibrant attractions.
The interior was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and fully equipped with everything needed. The host's exceptional communication, warm welcome and thoughtful recommendations made all the difference.
Voyager House truly felt like home away from home! The cozy bedrooms, spacious living areas and wonderful outdoor spaces made our stay unforgettable.
Highly recommended! I'm already looking forward to returning!

Extremely convenient: across the street from Roma Termini train station.
Good amenities: In room mini fridge and water kettle, shared full kitchen with espresso/cappuccino maker, cook top, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, washer.
Welcomed with red wine, Chardonnay and snacks.

After a very long flight, we were ready to check in at the instructed time, but it was delayed by 45 minutes, which is not acceptable while we had to wait around with luggage and backpacks... The listing was not clear that this home is actually a subdivided apartment with 3 bedrooms, which has a shared kitchen and hallway; we did not feel comfortable. The hair dryer was thin plastic, which made the handle very hot.

I like that the b@b was close to everything. I did not like the cleaning staff that came when we were napping. They were yelling screaming and slamming g doors for over 1 hour. Outside is across from the train station which is handy but a very sketchy part of town.
