I have communicated with Ctrip about this issue, but up to now, Ctrip still writes about the hotel with bad reviews, and I am very disappointed with Ctrip.

First of all, the location is very good. It is near the Vatican City. It is of course very good for those who want to get up early to go to the Vatican. The Trip didn’t mention the latest check-in time at all. I called them when I arrived at 23 o’clock in the evening, and they said that they would ask me to pay more before checking in after it was over. After a stalemate for a while, they decided to let me stay. The hygienic condition is relatively clean, but there seems to be no disposable bedding, so choose carefully if you can't accept this! The facilities are really hard to describe. The bed is probably a sofa, and there are several sunken holes. Although I have good adaptability, I still feel uncomfortable sleeping. The good thing is that mine has air conditioning, and the room is separate from the bathroom, which is relatively large

We have been very comfortable in this hotel, a very affordable price and close to everything by metro and next to the Vatican. The room was soundproof and you could rest very well. The only thing I didn't like was that they charged us €50 for arriving later than 8:30, sometimes flights are not predictable.

After 30 minutes in front of locked doors and several calls to the hotel management, someone came who spoke only broken English and jokingly tried to make us forget about the wait. The floor in the room was full of hair and the toilet/shower are not directly in the room.

I don't know where to start in telling you about this borderline paradoxical situation. We booked this property for our weekend in Rome, with the possibility of checking in from 12.00 onwards. The day before, the lady notified us 1 hour before our arrival so she could be found at the facility. We let her know that we would be there by lunchtime and confirmed it again as we were leaving. But on the day of booking the lady told us to delay a bit because the rooms were not ready and so we went to have lunch and postponed the entry to 4.40pm. We arrive at the facility and they make us wait 20 minutes down at the building without opening the door. We go up and there are no keys and the rooms are completely turned upside down and very dirty. It is clear that the house had not been opened for more than a few months (the photos will give an idea). They tell us to go around and come back after 1 hour and so we come back at 7.40pm and the room is not ready yet and is still dirty. We start to argue and the lady tells us to give us our money back because she doesn't know what to do. All this at 8.30pm. A weekend ruined by people who don't know how to do their job. Nigh**are!!’ Avoid this place.

Very good stay, the service was good, I recommend it
