A tiny hotel on the 2nd floor of annals building. Beautiful airy rooms with a modern bathroom. The room was equipped with fridge and kettle and there was a shared kitchen area which we could use. We dropped our cases off on the day we arrived and collected them late afternoon as we left. Guilia on reception was friendly and helpful.

My stay was indeed a pleasant one, whilst my first visit, it exceeded my expectations, budget friendly and 15mins walk to city center. cleanliness and having to come back to a clean room everyday was the highlight for me.

Staff was amazing! Great recommendations. Walkable to most tourist locations and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Nice little cute affordable hotel on a budge. Extremely clean, good mattress, pillow, towel, sound proof window, bathroom is extremely small, convenient stores and lots of restaurants around. Easy access and walkable distance from train station to the hotel and to top sightseeing places. FYI I had suggest not to arrive outside of business hours or very late at night, so you can speak to a real person and get immediate help with checking in and navigating this place. This is because you need to go through some quest and puzzle in accessing this place. I had read previous reviews before booking and since my flight arrived past midnight I just lounge at the airport hotel and came over to opera the following day and I’m glad I did. I don’t like that check out is at 10am but they allow you to leave your belongings and go about your day. Overall, this a nice little place and I will return and recommend.

Such an amazing place! 15 minutes walk to the Trevi fountain, 5 minutes walk to main train stations/metro line too! Clean apar**ent, friendly staff, amazing restaurants and vintage shops close by. Would definitely recommend

Great room, calm and comfy. There’s a supermarket right around the corner which is super useful. Great location, near Termini station and all the attractions are walkable.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The warm welcome from the friendly staff set the tone for a delightful stay. Despite the reduced space, the design is remarkably functional, well-distributed. Its proximity to historical sites and excellent dining options makes it a prime location. While the price is a bit high, the overall experience makes it truly worthwhile.

Convenient location, less than 10min walk to subway station. Friendly staff, clean room. Recommended.
