As the reviews say, it's more like a mini hotel. However, the owner's kindness and the room that shows consideration for guests, the best location for visiting the Vatican (the Vatican tour was so tiring that I wanted to quickly rest at the accommodation after finishing, but I was really happy to arrive quickly) Everything was a happy accommodation! I was not good at English, but I was impressed by the owner who tried to help me as much as possible. I'm sorry that I left the room messy because I left the Vatican early in the morning 🥲

Family hotel. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea, sugar. Daily cleaning, Very clean. Excellent location, quiet, shops, cafes nearby, 10 min walk to the Vatican. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave, stove, cutlery. Everything is great, friendly, with a smile. Thank you for the comfort during our vacation! I recommend! We will come back!

An excellent mini hotel in an ordinary Italian house on the second floor. I really liked the shared kitchen and private bathrooms in the rooms. The owner is very kind and cheerful) this is a hotel in an ordinary large apartment, there is a reception, the doors in the rooms are good, locked with a key. The room has a double bed, air conditioning, window, TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, desk. In the bathroom there is a toilet, bidet, sink, shower. I was lucky and I was alone in the apartment, so it was very cool)

Excellent room, clean, comfortable, the owner Pietro was really friendly and helpful. The negative was that the place there was a little bit creepy at night but we didn’t had any problem. In the morning it’s safe and all the people around the neighbourhood are friendly. Last but not least it’s a little bit far from the centre you need to go by metro. I totally recommend it !!!

We stayed 5 days, the owner is very nice and kind, the location is great for everything. We moved around by bus without any problems. The room was always clean and tidy. Close to the Vatican, which can also be reached on foot. The room is complete with everything. Very comfortable beds, fridge, TV, oven, kettle, etc. Quiet area, then nearby there is everything lacali, bar, tobacconist, etc. We had a great time, to be repeated
