Outstanding location This authentic place is very quirky situated a stones throw away from the Pantheon( 2 mins walk) and The Colliseum The location is the selling point The staff were all very friendly and accommodating The room was very simple but the bed was clean and comfortable The shower was hot and breakfast did the job If you are looking for a cheap place in the centre of the city this is a must as it ticks all the boxes I would definitely return

Abbiamo soggiornato tre coppie di cui due con bambini con ceck-in il 05/01/24 e ceck-out il 06/01/24. Personale disponibilissimo con il responsabile Carlo e la sig.rina alla reception davvero SUPERLATIVI. Struttura pulita, camere pulite. Colazione, anche se solo dolce, ottima, abbondante e senza limiti. Unica pecca, non dovuta alla struttura anche se trovasi al 3° piano di una Curia Generalizia, l'uso vietato dell'ascensore consentito solo per il ceck in e il ceck out. Ciò dovuto, sembra, alle disposizioni dei Frati Silvestrini che forse nel loro percorso di fede hanno smarrito il senso dell'accoglienza. Per il resto tutto OK. Grazie Carlo. Grazie Sig.rina di Macerata di cui non ricordo il nome.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte . Struttura in centro vicina al pantheon. Struttura a conduzione familiare, pulizia buona , colazione varia e abbondante. Personale cordiale e disponibile.buono rapporto prezzo qualità . Consigliato !!

Accueil froid, limite impoli. L'entrée de l'hôtel est un local à poubelle puant. On nous explique que l'ascenseur sert uniquement aux bagages donc chambre au 5ème sans ascenseur... chambre sans charme, frigidaire sans courant. Petit déjeuner minable. Nous avons préféré écourter notre séjour en perdant une nuit. A fuir...

Tres bon emplacement mais Accueil très passable, chambre épouvantable - très petite pour 3, convient pour 2, bruyante et mal avancée. Mini Salle d eau sale, odeur nauséabonde qui dans les 2 pièces. Très décevant

Maison d’hôtes très bien placé dans le cœur de Rome. Très propre et petit déjeuner copieux croissant, gâteaux , fruits, produits laitiers . Le cadre est en ancien monastère, ambiance garantie…. Vraiment accueillant et disponible. Conseiller fortement

Si tratta di una struttura semplice, in ottima posizione, in centro città. Camere dotate dei servizi essenziali, in zona centrale ma silenziosa e tranquilla. Discreta colazione. Buona pulizia. Ascensore non utilizzabile, occorre fare delle rampe di scale per raggiungere la camera. Suggerisco di aggiungere thè, tisane, caffè ed acqua in camera, assieme al bollitore.

All'arrivo ci hanno comunicato la mancanza di ascensore,eccetto che per levaligie in arrivo e in partenza. Camere al IVe V piano. In bagno neppureun bicchiere anche di carta giusto permettercilo spazzolìno. Nessun bollitore. Frigo vuoto neppure una bottiglia d'acqua. Colazione superbasica. Posizione ottima a due passi da porta venezia. Domenica non han fatto la camera.
