I had the absolutely worst experience at the Naman Hotellerie Rome. There were no air condition in the kids room as announced, just a ventilator. We were in Rome, in summer, almost 37C in a room with no windows, impossible to sleep in. It felt like a sauna. Also there are a lot of informations they provided that are false: there were no small kitchen, no view, no bathrobe and no slippers. The pictures from the building the hotel is locates are also not avaliable, probably because is dirty and not taken care of. On the second night another problem. Our bathroom door closed itself from the outside because the lock was not working properly. I contacted the concierge and he told me it was only him available at the time and he didn’t know how to open the door. He could come to my room and try to get it open, but besides that there was nothing he could do. Hopefully my husband was able to open the door after a while, but there is no maintenance available 24hs. And an important observation, there is no bathroom at the hotel, so the solution if we couldn't get the door opened was to sleep a night with no bathroom available and wait for someone in the morning, that is completely not acceptable. The water pressure of the shower was non existent and the appliances were very dirty.

Had this hotel booked for a long time to attend The Ryder Cup in Rome. All of a sudden they moved my reservation to the following week without informing me. They stated maintenance issues. The room I had booked was then miraculously available on *********** at double the price I was paying! I am not sure any hotel business will close during one of the biggest sporting events Rome has had for decades, especially only a few weeks before the event. Good luck if you choose to book this place, wouldn’t trust them.

Overall for the price it was good value for money. The family room was very spacious and 4 of us fit comfortably we were two adults, one 4 year old and a baby. We asked for a kettle as we didnt find in the room as described but they immediately brought one. Only issue is at night there seems to be an issue with hot water in shower. Mornimgs and afternoons are fine but evenings we had a problem twice and so did our friends in the room near us. Rooms were clean with complementary toiletries. Location is amazing. No bfast option but next door there is a cafe open from 6am and you can grab bfast there and eat in hotel lobby

My wife and I stayed at Naman Hotellerie for a week. We never received any sort of communication from the hotel, and we had to try numerous times to contact them to confirm our airport transfers. It was frustrating, but this can happen when you are trying to connect with an 9 hour time difference, so I didnt really pay any attention to it. We arrived at the airport unsure of what to find, low and behold there was someone who was holding a sign with our names on it! Frustratingly the price we agreed to (50 euros) with the hotel manager was NOT what the driver told us (60 euros). When we got to the hotel, located in a cute, quiet cobblestone alley, we had no idea how to enter. We were never given the code to enter, if it weren't for the nice guest downstairs giving us the code it would have taken forever. We were never given our room number either. After calling the number we found online for the hotel, we were connected with someone who was able to give us the information. Finally in the room! The room itself was very cute, the main part of the room was well decorated and cozy. Beautiful paintings on the ceiling and nice finishing. Small detail, but the pictures of the room all included nice plants, those were not in the room. The bathroom was nice at first glance, but if you look longer than a minute you will find pretty bad water damage all around the shower. Housekeeping came every day, but again there was no way to indicate when or what we wanted done. The nice girl just said "let me know what you need", but she was not on site... so we just had to hope we ran into her as we were coming or going. Not really a great method of ensuring your customers feel comfortable. This isn't her fault obviously, she was very nice, but whoever managers her needs a better system. Our soap ran out in the shower AND the sink on the 2nd to last day and since we didn't run into her, we couldn't tell her we needed more. You would think this would get refilled as a part of clearing the room or prepping it for a new guest, but it didn't. So we ended up just buying a bar of soap at the local store. Another frustrating point was that the hotel manager again never confirmed what time our hotel transfer would be TO the airport. I tried to call and the number just kept telling me it was "unavailable". I used the gmail adress I was given to contact him and it would take him a full day to respond. When I asked "Can you please confirm what time our transfer will be here on Monday to take us to the airport" he legitimately replied with "Yes of course" and NOTHING else... like the TIME. Frustratingly I got an answer our of the phone number I found on google for the hotel. Nothing ever from the hotel manager. Again, the price for the transfer went up AGAIN (we started at 50 euro, then it was 60 euro, now it was 70 euro). At this point we just didn't want to email or call anyone anymore so we paid it and left. All in all I would give the room itself a 4/5. If not for the l

i was planning my trip to rome and wanted to book everything in advance due to catholic easter. For this reason we booked this boutique hotel 1.5 month in advance. I had a query regarding late night check in and for that reason i call the hotel to advise them that our flight will arrive 2am and if sb will be there for late check in. Extremely difficult to find sb to talk and when i finally reach them they could find my booking which was finally found. On 12/04/22 and 3 days before my arrival in Rome they called me and advised me that my booking needs to be cancelled due to issues with the plumbing. Due to that i was obliged to search for accomodation 3d prior my arrival and as you can imagine all prices were extremely high due to the easter. Extremely dissapointed with how unprofessional people in this boutique hotel are.

The experience was very unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. They gave us instructions via email, it simply consisted of entering a code on a digital screen to access the building. The code didn't work and the door just locked. Nobody picked up the phone that night, nobody gave us a hand. Thanks to these people I almost slept on the street my first night in Rome. The most unacceptable and shameful thing I have ever seen in my life, seeing myself on the street and no one answering my phone was truly an unforgettable experience. I hope no one finds themselves in such a situation, and to do so, all you have to do is NOT stay there, you will save yourself a lot of trouble, they ruined our vacation in Rome.
