My wife and I stayed at Naman Hotellerie for a week. We never received any sort of communication from the hotel, and we had to try numerous times to contact them to confirm our airport transfers. It was frustrating, but this can happen when you are trying to connect with an 9 hour time difference, so I didnt really pay any attention to it. We arrived at the airport unsure of what to find, low and behold there was someone who was holding a sign with our names on it! Frustratingly the price we agreed to (50 euros) with the hotel manager was NOT what the driver told us (60 euros). When we got to the hotel, located in a cute, quiet cobblestone alley, we had no idea how to enter. We were never given the code to enter, if it weren't for the nice guest downstairs giving us the code it would have taken forever. We were never given our room number either. After calling the number we found online for the hotel, we were connected with someone who was able to give us the information. Finally in the room! The room itself was very cute, the main part of the room was well decorated and cozy. Beautiful paintings on the ceiling and nice finishing. Small detail, but the pictures of the room all included nice plants, those were not in the room. The bathroom was nice at first glance, but if you look longer than a minute you will find pretty bad water damage all around the shower. Housekeeping came every day, but again there was no way to indicate when or what we wanted done. The nice girl just said "let me know what you need", but she was not on site... so we just had to hope we ran into her as we were coming or going. Not really a great method of ensuring your customers feel comfortable. This isn't her fault obviously, she was very nice, but whoever managers her needs a better system. Our soap ran out in the shower AND the sink on the 2nd to last day and since we didn't run into her, we couldn't tell her we needed more. You would think this would get refilled as a part of clearing the room or prepping it for a new guest, but it didn't. So we ended up just buying a bar of soap at the local store. Another frustrating point was that the hotel manager again never confirmed what time our hotel transfer would be TO the airport. I tried to call and the number just kept telling me it was "unavailable". I used the gmail adress I was given to contact him and it would take him a full day to respond. When I asked "Can you please confirm what time our transfer will be here on Monday to take us to the airport" he legitimately replied with "Yes of course" and NOTHING else... like the TIME. Frustratingly I got an answer our of the phone number I found on google for the hotel. Nothing ever from the hotel manager. Again, the price for the transfer went up AGAIN (we started at 50 euro, then it was 60 euro, now it was 70 euro). At this point we just didn't want to email or call anyone anymore so we paid it and left. All in all I would give the room itself a 4/5. If not for the l
