We came to Rome couple of times, this time we're happily surprised this place is right on the Navona square! Many major attractions are within walking distance. Our flight arrived at Rome pretty early and the host Francesca came early to check us in. We really appreciate it!!
We are a family of 4 with 2 older sons, so we stayed in the a suite with separate rooms for the boys. The suite is tight space wise, but very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the 24 hours coffee service as well.

Very good location, easy access to all the main attractions. We had a late check in outside of staffed hours and was easy to gain access. Springy, hard bed. Room was clean and had bar bridge, kettle, coffee and tea. Soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Plenty of towels but shower is very tight, at 6ft you'll be an inch off the shower head. Very load outside with the gates constantly being slammed and the restaurant chefs are up early making a lot of noise.
Overall you'll choose this place for the location and not hanging out in your room at all.

We stayed two days before a cruise and loved it. The staff was amazing. Francesca was also great at responding to some of my questions before arrival and assisting with transportation from the airport to the hotel as well as from the hotel to the cruise port. The location is great and we walked all over. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Excellent property. Great location, one block of the beautiful Navona plaza and excellent restaurants. 24 hours complementary coffee service. Very friendly and professional staff.
One day we had problem with the hot water. The reception was already close, but they provide you a contact number. We called them and with no hesitation and no delay they came from home with a technician and solved the water heater problem.
The room we had was really small, but we only got there to take a bath and sleep. The bathroom was awesome.

The Navona Stay is next to the Piazza Navona and convenient for walking to many major attractions in Rome like St. Peter's and the Trevi Fountain.
We arrived early and the staff accommodated us by storing our luggage and even putting it in our room while we were sightseeing.

The position is second to none, close to so many attractions and so many places to dine. The staff are very helpful and just nice, the room is a little tired but comes with a sauna and huge spa. Having a morning coffee on the balcony is a delight. Overall we loved it!

Hotel is in good location. Elevator is tiny, not big enough to carry one person along with one check in luggage. Even to get to elevator language needs to hauled up 1 floor. There is no on-site breakfast buffet as advertised, breakfast buffet is 5 minutes walk from hotel.
