We visited for two nights in January 2024 and would highly recommend staying here for a city break in Rome! LOCATION The surrounding area isn’t “touristy” which is a nice atmosphere and makes local restaurants more affordable. About 15 minute walk to Vatican, 15 minutes across the bridge to the shopping area. The hotel itself is located on the 5th Floor of a big apartment building, it is probably easy to miss to keep an eye out! ROOM The standard room is an average size but had mostly everything we needed. Bed is very comfy which is always great after a long day of adventure. The room came with a sofa, kettle, open wardrobe, safe (included), mini fridge (included) then a bathroom including a big spacious shower, toilet, sink and bidet. BREAKFAST Breakfast was included in our stay. It was very basic but had everything we needed. Yogurts, fresh fruit, mini rolls with meats, cereal, croissants and juices. SERVICE The gentlemen at check in was lovely and very helpful when pointing out things to do. I would point out a few things: * Shampoo isn’t included in the shower * There was only one bin (in the bathroom), would be nice to have another in the bedroom for food/ kettle * No USB chargers (no issue , just to point out) * Rooms aren’t soundproof at all * Curtains do let light in and aren’t completely black out * Food doesn’t have any descriptions

We stayed in room 11 last week, all I can say it is not a hotel you can call it a sharing apartment as it a floor in a building, AC wasn’t working good at all and I got no answer when I said it not working properly plus no body clean our room for two days.

I've been trying to contact the hotel for over a month now. Through phone calls, emails and through the agent. They never answer their calls or emails (lost count of how many emails I've sent). I've been trying to cancel my trip due to rising cases of COVID and the current situation with cancelled flights (my flight has already been changed twice and we are not due to fly until October 2022). If the customer service is anything to go by, I would definitely not recommend anyone stay here! Tried to cancel through the agent but they contacted the hotel and spoke to someone (amazing how they can speak to some but not others!) and they have refused a refund! Disgraceful!

Former apartment converted into a hotel room on one floor. We rented for us and our daughters. Our room (7) had a private terrace next to the breakfast room. No noise problem, perfect. Our girls were on the quiet courtyard side (room 15). Very attentive staff (including Bruno who was really good in terms of tips and tricks and useful information). Simple but sufficient breakfast. Impeccable bedding, clean bathroom/shower. We were able to leave our luggage because we were leaving only at the end of the afternoon. In short, a perfect stay from the moment you know that it is not a hotel strictly speaking and that you have found the access door :) Close on foot to all the major monuments of the city. Between 15 and 30 minutes. Otherwise, there is public transport which passes 50 meters away. What more ?

Very cozy. It is the top floor of a stately building. The staff is attentive. The receptionist speaks Spanish. Breakfast is sufficient. Good ubication. The room is spacious, has a refrigerator, kettle and air conditioning.

Wonderful structure, in a splendid and strategic position for getting around Rome center on foot. Manager and all the very kind staff, always available with maximum customer care. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast on the wonderful terrace. Very happy!

The property is located in a quiet area of Rome a stone's throw from St. Peter's, Castel Sant'Angelo, immediately after the Cavour Bridge. On the fifth floor of a period building there is this B&B with 15 rooms. The room is basic, there was no water in the switched off mini-bar, the cleanliness of the duvet was perhaps not excellent and the cushions had some stains. Despite this, I gave my all to this breakfast experience which is at the level of a hotel: in a dedicated room there is a wall with various choices between sweet and savory which can be enjoyed without limitation. And furthermore, the very central location is priceless.

Scam this is not a hotel but a low-end guesthouse no cleaning hair in the shower layer of dust huge soiled mattress no one at what serves as reception at 7 p.m.... be careful excessive price much much too high we We're furious, it's a shame to lie to this extent.
